Both Koh Sami & Phi Phi are incredible with truly stunning beaches, food & some of the warmest genuine people, My ex lived in Bangkok which also was a special place with amazing shopping malls with the best shops. Without question one of the best places in the World especially when you look at the costs involved to other locations
I visited Koh Samui about 20 years ago. The beach bungalows, food and nightlife were all unforgettable.
You might return Thailand for this year. Everything is also new to explore

I recommend Thailand I went for my first time in September and I loved it, spent a couple of nights in Bangkok because my girlfriend’s family lives near, and then we traveled north to Chiangmai a beautiful place to visit just ask a tuk tuk driver they will show you the best places, and the Thai street food is the best, I can’t wait until I go again next year. And if you like temples try Chiang Ria’s White temple it is amazing

I was in Bangkok and Koh SAMUI and loved it! Missing the beaches already. I also loved the day we spent at the floating market!❤
That’s a fake floating market you know. A show put on for tourists. There are a few places where actual vendors paddling down a river selling goods. But it’s not where they bussed you to.

Thank you for this all around Thailand video, the visiting places are beautiful. But still some mixed up that should be corrected, eg. Damnoen Saduak market is not in Bangkok and Phu Wiang National Park is not in Chiang Mai.

If you want to see elephants in Thailand, please research ethical sanctuaries. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 They will not let tourists bathe with or ride on the elephants for good reasons which people unfortunately mostly don't know. Let us stop abusing these beautiful creatures just for the sake of a couple of minutes of our entertainment 🥺🙏🏼
Do tell what good reason there is? Why can’t you “ride” an elephant or bathe with them? What possible harm can be done? I think you may be referring to the people running the tours and how they treat their animals more than the animals being stressed by human interaction.

And yes it is mostly people running the tours performing the actual cruelty - but it's due to demand (apart from riding tourists up and down being painful for the elephants)

I feel so honored! Y'all put CHIANG MAI IN THE FLIPPIN' VIDEO! I lived on a mountain and it took like, 30 minutes to get down to the city, and the roads are SO windy. My house has 2 bedrooms, and obviously a kitchen, living room, bathroom and all that. My house even used to have a HOTEL underneath it. And about that city I talked about earlier. It had the BEST SNACKS, and favorite store, (Big C) had a KFC in it and like, everytime we went there, we got ICE CREAM. AND, there was even a PLAY AREA with a BALL PIT a bunch of SLIDES, and yeah, it was a kid's dream. And near the last day we were leaving, we saw a WATERFALL. Not those tiny ones, no no no. It was HUGE. What I mean is if you stand too close to it, you would be a little bit wet after. AND, it had a ZOO with and AQUARIUM, and even a WATER PARK! So yeah. THAT day was a really good day. So yeah. That was my little rant about why you should visit Chaing Mai.
And, the reason I say, USED is because we moved to the US for education so ye. But we sometimes visit on summer vacations. Anyways thanks for reading!

When I was in Chiang Mai I visited a supermarket and the owner had a large monkey in a too small cage. The animal was suffering!! That's also Thailand!!!!!...and I wont even start about elephants being abused for the tourism and entertainment industry! That's also Thailand!

I have been to Thailand 4 times and seen Bangkok twice including a day trip to Ayutthaya. I went to Phuket but I wasn't a fan of this island but did a day trip to Similan Islands from there. I have been to Koh Samui which is nice.
But I have visited Krabi )specifically Ao Nang) twice, Railey Peninsula, Koh Lipe, Koh Lanta, Koh Tao, Koh Yao Noi, Koh Phangan and Koh Phi Phi (quite a few times). I would like to visit Chiang Mai though which I haven't done yet.

Real late to the comment but which one is you’re favorite out of all of them I’m going to Thailand soon and can’t decide since they have so many beautiful cities and islands.
@@DZH. I'll say Krabi, Koh Lipe and Koh Phi Phi. Bangkok is my 3rd favourite city that I have visited and I have travelled to many places myself. It really depends on your budget and what you would like to do. Personally I don't like Phuket much but again if you like nightlife, shopping, decent beaches and great hotels then Phuket is ideal

Great Places, but don´t forget Chaiyaphum province with it´s epic waterfalls and rock formations from the Jurassic - Cretaceous periods 195 - 65 million years old. It´s Thailand´s most underrated province!
