Tourettes is basically you get an urge to do a specific movement, (It's different for everyone) and once you do it, the urge gets stronger and stronger and you do it over and over again. The urge is like a really strong itch that gets itchier when you scratch it but even worse when you don't. The "tics" as theyre called can be as little as a twitch or as big as jumping up into the air or something. Some tics are painful, others are just annoying and there are the vocal ones too and rarely people have a cussing tic. Long story short, they suck and you sort of lose control of your body.
Bethsaida Romelus its not only twitching though. If its a developed version you will scream randomly. Some people scream insults i think.
I don't have Tourettes but I do have these motor ticks. Certain things I do. Like blinking a lot like that dude. It comes and goes. sometimes It'll go away for a year and comes back for a few months. It all depends on my stress level too. If I'm under A LOT of stress it's horrible.
