You just gave me hope that I can understand R! Thank you for this lesson!
You welcome.
No sir, no need to thank us for our time, we owe you many thanks for taking the time to help us. much gratitudes Cheers 😊
Thank you so much for this video. I was so lost trying to finished the course with the little i have learned.
You are welcome.
I've just finished my capstone study and was looking for a way to upload it from Rstudio to Kaggle and came upon this video. Wish I found this before - you made this so simple and effective and now I can kick myself in the butt for trying to make things seem more complex. thank you for the upload.
Thanks for the kind words. Click the Bell 🔔 icon that way you will be notified when I go live , or upload to videos.
I'd been struggling to load my RMD to Kaggle, but your video have really saved me big time.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Glad that they helped. Click on the Bell (and Like) and you will notified when ever I go live.
I'm a noob to Kaggle. And I just knew that you can run R code on Kaggle directly. I edited all my code in RStudio and was wondering why nothing worked back in the Kaggle notebook. Thank you so much. Really helpful!
Did the code run OK in Rstudio?
@@CaribouDataScience It worked perfectly fine in Rstudio. But can I ask a question? Why did you use mean() rather than median() in the summarize(). I used median in the first place because I thought median should not be that strongly affected by the outliers. The median result was pretty funny. So I went back using mean also. Thank you in advance!
@@ericzheng4815 Please post the link to your Kaggle workbook.
Yes, what you say about median is correct. One reason to use mean(average) instead of the median is that mean is easier to understand by people who don't have any background in stats. Also, you can use moving averages to get to the underlining trends of the data.
thanks for sharing your effort and time
You welcome, BTW I will be live streaming on YT this evening at 8:00 PM/EDS (New York). Stop by and say hi!!

Namaskaram
Even After seven months this video is still very useful
Thank you sir
Om shanti
Your Welcome.
I also do a live stream on Twitch @ 8:0 PM/EDT (New York):

Thank you for your videos! In the minute 3:45 how do you copy and paste that link? I haven’t been able to do it.
I'm working on my Case-Study, and I took the #DeletingZeros route from my df, on cleaning point, to obtain consistency.
Is that right or it'll affects the final piece??
It's your project, you can do what you want. You could make some notes in you presentation.
I am trying to do my capstone project, but I am so lost, could you please give us more ideas of how to do it step by step? I will like to do it in R, but not sure where to start. I really need a mentor!
Sorry I missed your commit earlier. ChatGPT. is your best friend.
Here is a link to the live stream I will be doing at Midnight (New York time): czcams.com/users/liveTT1udDPxX5w?feature=share
And two Kaggle notebook:

www.kaggle.com/code/davidjackson0513/fitbit-demo
I am following the step by a step that you did in Kaggle, but I am stuck in the part when you copy and paste the link of the data set because when I press copy and then paste it pasted a cel, not the link.
There's just a lot of date and time issues with the dataset. How do you clean up the dates?
Which files are you referring to?
Video description: (intro), first sentence he says: let's come back over here. What?? Can't find first video on his channel or any subsequent...
Well! It's been a while since I made that video. That was the only video I made on topic. They being said, if I was doing, this project how I would use chatGPT.
See the code and markdown buttons on your screen when you first open notebook at 2:07 ? Those buttons are NOT THERE ON MINE!!!! I've been stuck here for 5 days... asked other CZcams, Instagram, Kaggle discussion, contacted people directly... I can not get a response!!!!!
Post the link to your Kaggle notebook.
More than likely the problem is with you webbrowser.
(1) Make sure you are using the latest version of browser.
(2) Go to Settings, and delete cache, cookies, and browser history
(3) close and reopen browser.
(4) If all else fails try using different browser.
I was hoping you could assist me with something. I've been attempting to merge daily datasets in R using functions like merge() and dplyr(), but I haven't had success. Do you have any advice for me?" this is an example of what I tried: merged_data
Have you downloaded all the csv files?
Here is a video where I show how to use the tidyverse inner_join() to joing 3 table. (There is a link to the code in the decsription):
czcams.com/video/xGAOb09o-GQ/video.html
Thank you so much and yes I actually downloaded them@@CaribouDataScience
Shouldnt the code have been:
daily_activity$Ymd
Then, the output would be DATE class, not Characters anymore and the format would also be changed into Ymd
@@andyknright I used the mdy() from the Lubridate package.
