Haha! Funny you say that. We actually had to use a vape for one scene. We had a smoke machine, but it couldn't reach the pumpkin on the left, so when we had the close-up of the smoke spilling out of the pumpkin, that was actually somebody on the production team (the mastermind behind the lights) vaping into the pumpkin haha

SuperSoakerSniper Why not learn it right now?.. If you're at all serious about learning to play, i'd recommend learning by ear and only using tabs to correct yourself to learn from it. Before u know it you will make better tabs than can even be found on the internet..

This video is amazing...how does this not have more views? The lighting and overall production design goes above and beyond, and the guitar is beautiful! Most covers include only the main theme but this video is amazing
Awesome, one of my favorites. I'd pay you to do running up that hill, or at least buy it if you were gonna make a version already. This one didn't take me as long as I thought to learn. Though it was like driving a car with my feet while tapping my head and rubbing my belly haha. Anyway great job

Excellent video and performance! I always appreciate when someone does a guitar version of songs and can keep it simple and true to the song without adding a ton of frills, but still capture the essence and emotion of a song and display it with apparent skill. Keep up the excellent work!

Hey, I saw this video a couple months ago but I forgot to leave a comment. As a both a fan of Stranger Things and of the classical guitar, I have to commend you for this very clever interpretation! I absolutely love it when I see people really exploring the nylon string guitar and showing how many expressions it is capable of. A problem I have with a lot of covers is that they simply play the same melodies as the source material, but the medium or style is so different it often fails to capture the spirit of the original. I'd say right here, you captured the spirit of Stranger Things while also making it your own. Also, your techniques, your RH harmonics, mutes, and percussions are superb! Props to you man and thanks for bring attention to nylon string guitars, I feel they often get overlooked, but there is an organic magic to them that steel strings don't quite have. Anyway, props to you man!
I personally started my music life with guitar, however the nostalgia awoken in me by KIDS had me not even contemplating to hear a guitar cover due to the power of the synth . Alas, here I am due to auto-play :) I must say you have the best main theme cover played on guitar in all of CZcams at least imo. The "slap" style added to the finger picking was what really grabbed me, as I've heard other finger picked versions but that's just it, they were finger picking only. Your version gave a more fuller feel instead of others playing the same basic notes from the song, just on guitar. Oh yeah, on the letters and lights, awesome work. Your final grade: A++ (+) A++ = AA++++ :) All in all, a job well done! Cheers Mate! *edit:* I forgot to mention that your KIDS cover never killed my nostalgia and does the original plenty of justice. :D

It is my belief that anyone can say that an artist's work is awesome, but if they are never explained why their work is good, they'll never know what they did that truly appealed to the fan(s). It helps to know what makes one stand out, so they may keep that attribute around to either build on, or fall back on if other "experiments" don't go so well. Constructive criticism is not supposed to be explaining only what one is doing wrong, and how to improve it.
