I have vertigo too, not fun. But I read that it is sometimes caused by a Vitamin D deficiency. I now take Vitamin D every day and I don’t have spells of vertigo anymore...
Really?! I take vitamin D and have had my levels checked recently. Ugh! I wish it were the answer. :( My vertigo will NOT go away. It’s making me crazy. Ugh.

I have Irish Twins...Exactly found out when my oldest daughter was 4 months old. I felt like I had the flu... I knew. It truly was not easy...but I love having them so close. New Sub here...I'm an Ex Wife...love your channel...but can't imagine being BFF's with the new wife. But I would LOVE to DIY my old house they live in!!!

I was told I couldn't have kids. I have been pregnant 4 times. My second baby is in Heaven via miscarriage. So heartbroken.
I am possibly pregnant now.
God bless you guys. I pray for a full term, healthy pregnancy. Do all the research. It's never too late to learn more things. Upping protein helped for me.

Congrats! Last May my DIL gave birth to my first grand baby with my one and only child. I never knew that I could be even more in love! In December she called me and left a message saying your going to want to answer the phone, I had been asleep and called as soon as I woke. When she answered she said, I’m pregnant.... I screamed with Joy and then immediately went Ooohhh... 😂 she said yeah she had been upset and emotional about it but after a little bit she was like hey we are going to get them knocked out! 😂 Molly turned 1in May and Thomas made his appearance in July! ❤️ I haven’t got to meet him yet, my son is stationed in Virginia, I’m in Texas and waiting for all this craziness to end. Thank goodness for FaceTime! Much love and light to you all! ❤️🇺🇸 #ProudNavyMom

Alex and Sara were married 2005-2012 and have a son. Hillary and Alex married in 2018 and have a son together and a baby on the way. (Hillary brought two kiddos into the mix from a previous marriage) It’s the brady bunch over here! And we happen to get along great but we are definitely crazy! ;) thanks for watching!

Congratulations On the new baby. Sarah have you been check for Ménière’s disease? Or vestibular disorder? I have menieres and you are right the vertigo is horrible and debilitating.

Congratulations! Omg I lost so much weight with my pregnancy. The only thing that helped my constant nausea was McDonalds French Fries and homemade vanilla milkshakes. Literally ALL my body would accept. It was so difficult I decided to stick with one child. It’s really hard when your body doesn’t do the whole “ glowing pregnant Godess” thing. Hopefully you can find a few things that help get you through. If not, record from the couch 😂

Not a dumb question! Sara was married to Alex 2005-2012.(divorced, one son together.) Alex and Hillary got married in 2018 and have 1 son together, another baby on the way, and Hillary came to the marriage with her two kids, son and daughter!) Hope that helps! ;)
That’s what I thought but you being such great friends through me off. Isn’t that terrible? I’m so happy to have found your channel. I’m 32 and a step mom to 5 children from my husbands first marriage. We’ve been married for 4 years and have 2 girls of our own. ALL LIVE WITH US. It’s challenging at the moment. I would’ve liked to get along with my husbands ex. It’s surprisingly lonely to be a step parent and you can’t do anything right.
Oh gosh, we totally understand. It’s taken us a long time to get here and we promise it’s not all rainbows and sunshine behind the scenes. It takes a lot of work for everyone involved and it takes a lot of time. AND it doesn’t work for everyone nor should it! Boundaries are good. Time is good. And being kind to ourselves during the tough moments is good. You’re not alone on the rough stuff. We’ve been there. For sure. Thank you for your support here.
