Yeah, one jump in each shoe isn’t a very good experiment. Lots of factors could have contributed to the 1 inch difference. Might have just been warmed up by the 2nd vertical test. Got better extension on the arm. Better form. Or a combination of things. A real test would involve lots of jumps over the course of a few weeks.
