- I cannot believe this storey but it is 100% true. The Ark Pet Shop in Indiana has a heartwarming story since 1979. This store is so clean and modern yet had feels that throw it back with nostalgia. If you need Dog, CAt, Reptile even Fish this store has all of that PLUS small pet likes ferrets, birds and hamsters. I do not think I have entered a full line pet shop like this and WITHOUT SMELL.

The only local place to me for saltwater supplies. Jim, John, and Paul are my go to guys.
I have been shopping at the Ark since the very beginning. My thing is fish and they are incredibly knowledgeable and great to deal with.

Would you believe the story that they sold me a defective light and wouldn't even give a full refund even though you listened to the arks manager and went thru the light company get sent a replacement light that is also defective and takes a month to arrive so you just want your money back and the company tells you thats on the ark but they dont want to deal with it and try to make you feel dumb ?
