My issue with Dr. Umar is that he and his supporters think people making factual statements about him or questioning his School (which isn't a bad thing by the way) they're considered people trying to tear him down, haters, etc etc., etc. However, in his mind it's completely fine for him to talk negatively about blacks all in the name of him being "conscious" and giving "constructive" criticism. My point is if he can give constructive criticism, why can't he take constructive criticism? Not everyone who says, "Dr. you need to have a business plan" or "why don't you have a board, curriculum?" are people hating on him. I'll speak for Liberia...where I'm from. And Doc. is right...lands are traditionally owned by the traditional people...even the government has to negotiate with the traditional leaders for land allocation for national development. In Liberia, the government passed a law that forbids or limits anyone purchasing land to own certain feet below the land...maybe just up to the ground water. Reason given is that every natural resources under the land belong to all....citizens. this is to avoid an individual from owning the wealth of the land at the detriment of the citizens.
