Mental health is everything! It is even more important than physical because all disease starts from the mind. I wish every person struggling with mental health especially anxiety or depression to find peace soon. Special thought for pregnant women going through these issues, everything will be fine ❤️

  • @dariadariya

If you have a proper manicure specialist - this would never happen. Just try to find a real pro and then the nails will not have to "breathe".

Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest!”. Matthew 11:28 Love your videos Annie! It’s not easy to work hard and provide for your family. I pray you trust in Jesus and leave all your cares in His hands! ❤

Why not just use GELISH instead of the acryl? I never understood it actually. Gelish (just the nailpolish itself) stays on for 2,5 - 3 weeks without any damage. It's great. What does that mean "letting go of things not being perfect" (re. nails). They weren't perfect when they were covered/ destroyed with acryl either. You had the ILLUSION of perfect. Many ppl said this that cutting the cuticle is not needed and in fact damaging, but they were called all kinds of names, comments got deleted. Proven again, until one is not ready to HEAR, there is no point of educating anyone.. xx..

I would never do anything to my nails, just leave it naturally. It’s totally unnecessary.

I love watching your videos because the vibe is always sunny. The music, the clips, the happiness. It’s just a happy vibe. ✨

Nail Technician here! If your NT is doing a complete removal of your gel, and going over the same area every time you need to get a new NT. It’s standard to leave a thin layer of gel so you’re not filing the natural nail plate over and over. Hope that helps someone.

I know it’s warm weather to you, but for people who live in Florida that’s still considered cool or if not cold we’re still wearing sweaters at that degree.

Hellow! Just want to mention that you get therapy in germany which is payed 100% from the health insurance. Stay all safe and healthy! ⛅

Hi Annie!! 💖 I’m done with the nail salon myself, the last time I went I got gel X nails in December & they were beautiful, but they tore my natural nails up! They are finally slowly coming back to health.

  • @meagann__la2407

I love that you are sharing your nail healing journey! This is SO helpful!❤❤❤ please continue to share 😊

Oh Annie, I don’t think I have ever commented before but I have to now. I discovered Anna’s channel around a month ago and have been binge watching her videos! It has been amazing to learn all the information and to start integrating her routines. And the crazy thing is: I have been thinking about you while watching the video. Because you are a huge inspiration and this clean, beautiful, cared for look simply reminded me of you 💞 I took of my gel nails 2-3 years ago and i know how difficult this process is. And while I still love the look, I have never went back to gel.

  • @RossyMoneva

I relate so much to what you’re saying. My daughter is my absolute biggest inspiration too. I started a holistic transformation journey once I became a Mom.❤

  • @analiliann

Love this and can’t wait to see your update. I am also on a nail growth journey after having acrylics for so long

  • @camillatromborg-coach

Always love your energy Annie, it's just the best 🧡 wishing you and your wonderful family a lovely day 🌞✨

  • @lisaarcher7281

I have also been on a nail journey since the new year after having gel nails for a while. My nails were so fragile and weak after taking the nails off. I have been massaging a thick cream into my hands and nails at night and putting some soft cotton gloves on my hands to sleep in to keep the moisture in. I have also been taking calcium tablets daily. Now my nails are so naturally long and strong, they look so nice and healthy and I’m embracing the natural look

  • @PrincessTala83

I also started a natural nail journey a few years ago, then kind of went back to overusing nail polish (never really been a shellac/gel person, just had a few random periods where I’ve been getting those type of manicures, but always got annoyed with them after 2-3 rounds, and my nails would be damaged for weeks-months, and I went to salons who were really good and gently removed the gel/shellac). I noticed that even with just nail polish, at least some brands (even the ones claiming to be free of different toxins) my nails would still get damaged. I’m back on my natural nail journey now, and I’ve learned so much on how to file and jojoba oil is literally holy grail! I can’t wait to check out the channel you suggested, cause my mission is to have FAB natural nails✨🙌🏻

  • @kiaragalvan2170

Love this ❤ Can you please share your new daily and weekly nails routine? You have inspired me to do the same. Thank you so much

  • @NK-yj2dw

    her beauty is natural

  • @HeytoDre

Thanks for another great video, Annie! I live in NYC and we had one sunny day last week and it was amazing! What a mood booster! Otherwise, it’s been pretty dreary and rainy. The good thing is we are starting to see the flowers bloom and that makes me so happy 🌸 🌷☺️
