ikr it hurts so much i used to cry everyday before sleeping thinking why am i the one who has to go through all of this but after watching this video im so relaxed
@@samarthlaad6320 hi my hair currently grew thick. I just use Aloederma Naturals Shampoo. You can buy it n Watsons. I also take collagen. This is my hair now. I also have a vlog about the shampoo I use when I discover I had alopecia. It almost got me completely bald. czcams.com/video/1LrSsNbno7k/video.html
I understand your frustration, sweaty - I am also going through the same since 2016. I want you to know that you were not the fist one and will not be the last one who suffers from this disease. So you are not alone. Remember that you are still so BEAUTIFUL no matter what. Thank you for sharing this very personal subject with us. It takes a very strong person to be so vulnerable!
I got diagnosed a few weeks ago. Its attacking my scalp, eyebrow, and eyelashes. I am so insecure about it and it sucks because I wear the hijab so no one sees my scalp and i can fill in my eyebrow but my eyelashes are what make me confident and they are just falling. There isnt anything i can do to stop it and it is actually heartbreaking for this to happen my senior year of high school.
@@mishalkhan4096 In the same boat as you! I wear hijab too and its very hard for people to understand or realise that im going through it as its all covered. if you need someone to talk to my instagram is analopecianstory xx
I feel u miss😭😭 im so scared now cause this is actually my first time to have this. And the first time I've noticed this was like a very small spot and now it became bigger like a peso coin . I dont know what to do now im just scared 😭😭 i am praying I'd rather have a covid than this. I feel so fucked up.
My daughter is experiencing it now, type 3. As her mum, I’m more worry than her....she is only 13. I’m crying more than her...I wish to shave all my hair to replace her pain....she has to face her classmates, and friends. Pray to God her hair can grow back...thank you for sharing your story.
Dear Sherry Hu, I will pray for you and your daughter! May she grow her hair back soon! There's nothing more heart breaking than mother's pain for her child. You have to be strong for your daughter, you will get through this! I will pray tonight for you! 🙏
Don't go for steroid injection they are bad .....go for natural remedy apply ginger plus onion juice ..... Yes do exercise n yoga it will really help .....n hydrate her a lot the hair will come back don't worry
Try BITTER APPLE fruit. Just apply the raw juice 3 to 4 times a day @ the infected area, and rinse your hair once a week with plane water, within 1 month you'll notice the change... I have the same problem but the magic fruit is giving good result..
My daughter too she is 9 years old she lost her eyebrows and eyelashes when she was 7 and she lost all her hair 3 months ago. It's very painful for all of us ☹

I had alopecia 2 years ago! Ive been told stress can trigger it! So you not caring about losing your hair anymore is probably what helped your hair grow back!!
I have had alopecia areata for 8 years now and in high school luckily I was confident enough to not care what anyone thought or knew about me I was very open about my condition so everyone just acted like it was fine because my alopecia is very visible but I'm so glad I didn't hide it - be open, be proud about who you are - we can get through this!!
Thank you this means spook much.. I'm 42 years old and just had my first round of alopecia and I'm feeling depress. However, swing all these videos and comments inspire me and I no longer feel alone.

I’m 57 I have alopecia for 8-10 years I cry a lot, wearing weaves, hate going to the beauty salon because everyone is looking at me I spend a lot on wigs weaves to make me look good and get my self esteem back, but now I realize that I love myself and I don’t care what people say or think about me my kids love for the person that I I’m…. Thank you for sharing your journey with alopecia
Came across your video cuz my 2 yr old daughter is also going through alopecia. We shaved her hair completely bold in order to apply topical solutions better. None of my family nor my husband side has ever had this decease. Seeing your hair growing back makes me feel better. I hope one day you would walk out of this disease completely
I'm going through a lot of emotional stress, due to alopecia. I've been feeling really down and depressed and your videos and those like yours have given me strength. I'm a guy and your stories is just like mine. I too have cried and felt sorry for myself I still struggle with not feeling adequate. Once again thanks for your video.
I too found that hearing other people's stories have given me strength and made me realize that I'm not alone! I hope you are better able to cope with your alopecia now.
@@nevergiveup7502 Since this video, I've lost a little more than 50% of my hair /: but yes, most of it is growing back now. Those hairs are about 2 inches long now. Oh no :( You don't have any regrowth at all?
Nevergiveup the more you stress the more hair you will lose! Eat healthy, sleep well, drink lots of water and be happy and ur hair will come back! Don’t let this fuck up ur life
Your story is very inspiring! I found a huge patch gone and cried hysterically before deciding to carry on even if I have failed efforts in treatment. It’s nice to know others stories because this is a journey.
You are such an inspiration for me. You’re young, you’re beautiful and now you are “free” from the hiding. I am 66 yrs old and I’m struggling with everything you’ve described. Thank you for your honesty and strength.
Thank you so much for being so brave and sharing your story. I just shared my story on youtube for the first time and I am so excited to be another voice! Keep being so authentic. You are blessing people more than you know!
You are so beautiful and brave ! Thank you for being vulnerable❤️. I’ve had Alopecia totalis for 7 years and it’s still a journey of acceptance. The journey may not get easier , but YOU WILL GET STRONGER !! Sending you much love and light ✨#AlopeciaStrong💙
Thank you for sharing this.... it literally just made me tear up because I’m going through the same thing and just diagnosed about two months ago and it has been really hard I’ve always taken pride in my hair... I remember the morning I woke up to hair on my pillow and ran to the bathroom and noticed the second spot which was on the front close to my forehead and I literally started bawling and shaking because I just couldn’t understand why it was happening to me... We can do this!!!!!
Don't cry. You are so brave and selfless to share this with the world. I wish you could know how your story has helped me. I am so grateful for all, whose videos I've been watching and learning from. My 13 y/o daughter developed a quarter-sized bald spot on the crown of her head at near the end of Feb, 2020, just before her birthday. She'd recently transitioned to remote-learning due to covid, so I attributed it to trichotillomania (she is stoic and reticent - puberty and Covid arrived close, together for her), but by mid-March it was obvious something else was happening. Em was born with a a head-full of hair, and she's never had it cut - she would cry if I trimmed her split-ends - so it's always been very long. Most of her hair fell out over the summer. Before school started this August, her sisters took her to shave her scalp. She hates the wigs, and decided to just go to school as she is. She stood-down a bully who pretended to be her friend while surreptitiously taking pictures to share with her ugly bully-friends. So proud of her. Anyway, after no results with the topicals, Fluocinonide/Tofacitinib, she has an appt on the 11th for injections. I've been watching a lot of videos like yours, sharing your personal experiences,, and I appreciate you. Who knows why this happens? Who cares?? You are beautiful, with or without hair, inside and outside. ❤❤❤
Thank u for posting this . I currently have alopecia areta and thanks to this video I know I’m not alone. To anyone who’s going through it I just want to let you know you are loved and this doesn’t define you! You are strong ❤️
I feel your pain. Finding a bald spot after thinking you're done with this is the worst. But wig/ no wig you're still an awesome person with so much to offer
Thank you for sharing, it was so helpful and I feel like I'm not alone. I was in tears as I watched, just started down the path of diagnosis and its hitting hard....
Thank you for sharing your story. I’ve been dealing with alopecia areata for over a year now and it’s encouraging to see others “own it.” It’s an emotional rollercoaster and a real confidence killer because, in our minds, our hair is a part of our identity. Our beauty. And to have no control over that is frustrating. So I’ve become an avid hat wearer day in and day out. But I’m honestly just tired of trying to hide it. Hopefully this time isn’t as severe for you and it grows back but for myself as soon as one spot grows it seems a second and a third show up. And so this disease is a slow killer - wearing you down emotionally. Funny how I can look at Covid and the WFH setting as a blessing because I can just let my head breathe and not hide. But I’m tired of feeling like I can’t be comfortable with what I’m living with. I want to share and be free. I don’t want the weight of “hiding something” and feeling like I’m not bringing my full self. And that starts with accepting it and owning it. And there’s true beauty in that - we just have to remind ourselves. Watching this, seeing similar stories/ struggles helps. So again, thank you for sharing with us.
I just got suscribed to your channel, watching this video, I guess it made me feel kinda better about my alopecia too ( with this I mean that i realised I'm not alone and there's more amazing people)...so let's keep strong and fighting!
Thank you for sharing your story that was incredibly brave❤ I was diagnosed two months ago and have already started the injections . I’ve unfortunately lost a lot of my hair already and have really been struggling emotionally with it. This autoimmune disease makes you feel so alone in the world but hearing your story helped me not feel so alone anymore. Thank you for that✨
Thank you for making this video. I recently noticed that my hair has been thinning and it is scaring me to death. It is making me so stressed and I feel something is wrong. I came across your video and just your story has helped me so much. This is all new to me. I am sorry for how this has changed your life. You are very beautiful and courageous.
You have so much courage . I'm starting to lose my hair and I hear you . I have others health conditions and by the years I accept them . So I believe that this hair condition will not be a difference. You are brave and as you said " you want to be free" you don't want no more pressure . That's so great. Your honest with your feeling and I can relate with your feelings. Thank you for sharing your story.
I'm crying with you I'm going through hair loss I haven't seen any doctor yet. I'm 48 and you are so young and you had to go through this? I admire you. Thanks for sharing your story
You are so beautiful, long hair, short, no hair don’t care. Thank you for sharing your story. I know it’s hard going through what your going through. I will pray for you and your story was so helpful for me. Thank you so much again. Your awesome
Thankyou for sharing! You're such an inspiration for those experiencing this. I know it's so hard and could be a heart break. My daughter is experiencing her 3rd bout with it and it tears me apart.
Haven't even finished your video, but I'm getting the feels already. I'm going through this right now as a guy. Just started a few months ago and I felt the same way you do. Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone!

Honestly this means so much to me that you are able to share your story. I have had alopecia totalis for about 4 years now. I had to start wearing wigs at age 12, it wasn't very fun everyone would ask what was wrong with my hair or why I was wearing a wig. At that point it was very hard for me. My hair still hasn't grown back but sometimes patches will grow back for a few months and then fall out. Living like this is hard but it means a lot when people like you share your story. Thank you for making me feel as if its not just me dealing with this. Love your videos💕
I am so glad that my video helped you! I'm so sorry that you are going through this :( when I wore a wig in high school, I also got asked a lot about my hair because it looked "different" and I agree, it was not very fun. But I think things like this can only make us stronger!
Thanks for being brave enough to share your story. My 6 year old daughter has alopecia totalis and is almost completely bald except for one patch on the side of her head. It's really hard for me as a mom to deal with this condition because everyone thinks she has cancer. I refuse to get injections or take meds due to the possible long term side effects. We just use cute scarves/headbands to cover her head when out in public. In addition I always tell her how beautiful she is despite whether she has hair or not. I do pray for a cure one day but in the interim just stay confident. No one is perfect. People will judge you no matter what. Love yourself first no matter what and that confidence will come shining through.
I know that bald skin feeling very well. 😭 I have alopecia areata for over a year now and I couldn’t help but cried with you too. 😭 Thank you so much for sharing your story. You’re so beautiful and strong.
Thankyou for sharing this ♥️ i've been diagnosed with alopecia recently and I still don't know where it will take me but I just needed to hear people who relate to me so thankyouuu
Literally so proud of you for sharing your story. I’ve been diagnosed with the same and I’ve lost my hair thrice now. Staying positive is really hard but trust me that’s the key. To viewers coping with Alopecia try applying fenugreek seed water and hair mask on your scalp it really helps. And stay strong! ❤
Oh darling, I found your video while having a mental breakdown because for the third time I have this shitty condition. It sucks that just comes out of nowhere. I appreciate so much your openness and how brave you are to speaking about this because I hide my alopecia as far as I can, I am so scared of this shit taking my life away from me. I am crying with you in here... Thank you for this video
It's beautiful and empowering to find people that share their stories, but also open a space for many others to come and share theirs. When I look at this comment section, I see lots of people that are starting their journeys, and some others that are just educating themselves, and there's so much value in that. This is how we form a community, and this is how we stop feeling alone.
I just wanted to say how really brave you are for sharing your strugle. I have been dealing with similiar feelings for 2 years now becouse of telogen elfuium and androgenic alopecia...I am still learning how to accept myself the way I am...the strugle is real and painful. I know this doesn't help much but I just wanted to say that I can relate ... it surprises me how much shame I have been dealing with just with sharing with the people that I love what I am going through. And how much I have to take care and love myself despite what goes wrong in my life.
I cried with this, l really know the way you feel. I have had alopecia for 16 difficult years, now I am 19 years old. And I am in the worst time in this disease because I have lost my eyebrows, lashes, all my hair. Thanks for sharing this video, you can not imagine how much this has helped me, you have encouraged me XOXO
Thank you so much for this video! I am 13 and got diagnosed last month and it hurts me so much. I dread going to school as I’m afraid i’ll get bullied and the thought that i might have to shave my hair scares me. Luckily at the moment i am just about able to cover it up with a side- parting but i am dreading the point when i can’t do this anymore. Your video has really helped me and I now have hope for the future ❤️
I dont know why you havent upload in a while but I hope everything is good with you. If i could give you a hug right now, I would. You are not alone in this battle.
Hi 👋 I just wanted to say that I completely understand and emphasize in what your going through #hugs ❤! For the last two years I have been battling an aggressive, unique breast cancer. I lost my hair going through chemotherapy then radiation, etc… then to my dismay it didn’t grow back right in the front on both sides!!! I tried pretty much everything and it’s still exactly the same! I have learned however to embrace who I am and like you have the attitude that THIS DOES NOT AND WILL NEVER DEFINE ME ❤!!!! It’s all about a positive attitude and self love, you are beautiful and you’ve got this !!!! Tc of you and please remember that!!!!! Love, Amity
watching your video and seeing you breakdown i feel your pain. I have been dealing with Alopecia Areata for a year now and it has drastically all fell out. One day you have a full patch of hair and then all of a sudden you have none. I've been hiding it from my friends and bf. Thank you for sharing your story, I can relate so much to you. never lose faith
If you have alopecia, please read this. Drink BONE BROTH & Take FISH OIL. DO NOT STRESS! It gets worse. It’s a gut problem so do some cleanse too. I suffered it 2 years ago. It was really bad, I wanted to die and not go outside but after eating more clean and doing lots of bone broth, it helped ALOT. please cure your gut! For me I believe stress triggered it, now my hair is all full but recently it was falling out but not in patches. I believe it’s because I’m stressing a lot again but I’m back on bone broth and lowering my stress level. I’m trying to prevent it. Stay positive! 🤗
You’re so strong and beautiful. My fiancé recently just discovered he has alopecia and currently only has 3 spots. It’s easy for the outside world to say “don’t stress” but I can’t imagine the feeling. I love him Regardless just like your friends and family love you regardless ❤️

I’m so sorry you went through this. I hope it has gotten better and I really appreciate you sharing. I am going through it and trying a carnivore diet. The diet is suppose to help with auto immune disorders. I wish you the best.
I'm with you! I did my own alopecia video and honestly it feel so much better just to not hide it. Up until like 2 weeks ago, only like 3 people knew about my alopecia and had seen it. Now I'm feeling confident with my shaved head and also the beginning of my new wig collection! (I also wore a lot of hair scarves to cover it as well)
I'm so glad I've watched this video, I feel so alone right now as my alopecia is the worst it's ever been. Waiting for the doctors to get back to me on the best treatment but I just feel hopeless about it.
Alopecia really freakin sucks. I'm a man and Two years ago i started growing my hair, I had the prettiest hair ever, Thick, Shiny, Elastic, Healthy, full or volume. People would compliment on it very often. It became my identity and extension of myself. November 2020, i got a paronychia on my nails. It hurts super bad, stress a lot about it because i've ended up losing my nail entirely and was reluctant going to hospital with Covid lines and stuff. It finally started to grow back. I was super glad to see that the moisty part under the nail actually became a nail while the real one will push this temporary nail out. While discussing about it, me and my Gf started to say what disease we had in the past or hereditary stuff. And i said well my cousin lost all his hair, from head to toes and my sister had a bald patch like couples years ago, not sure if it's good now. As i was saying this, hell damn me if i lie, i touched my scalp and felt a HUGE bald spot at the back/left of my head, like 3/4 the size of my palm. I freaked so much. After a better look it was actually two circle overlapping. I'm 31 and i cried like a baby. I couldn't believe my eyes. How could i've lost so many hair without noticing? I didn't seem to shed more than before. Went to doctor, was prescribed steroid solution to apply. 3 persons in the same family. 2 areata and one universalis. Anyways, going on with the solution, I also try to eat better and make sure i don't lack Vitamin D, C, Biotin, Zinc, Iron and Magnesium.. Started to use a lot of oil on my scalp, Rosemary, Red onion, Coconut, Castor oil. Tonight i had enough and shaved all around the bald spot into an undercut. I feel liberated from that weight of always feeling the spot. Now that it's shaven i feel a lot of tiny hair that grew back already on the earliest part of the patch . I'm about 1 month in the treatment. I just feel happy for now as it is localized under the level of my ears which was perfect to hide. Be positive. I also started to take Relaxing pills over the counter like L-Thanine. No prescription. Helps to calm Anxiety and empty your thoughts without sedative or losing control.
just thought of sharing our experience with you as we know the emotional pain. Even now I will be in tears the moment i think about the helpless situation we were going through and how it felt to see our son like that. For our son (age:12 years now) this condition 'Alopecia areata' started from Jan 2020, started as just one small patch, by June he lost around 80% of hair. Till Oct we tried allopathy, ayurvedha and sidha methods of treatments. Nil result. It kept aggravating. Came across a naturopathy doctor video in internet, spoke to him, followed his instructions from Nov. By a week's time hair started growing (i mean that 0.01% result we look for/deeply stare at the head every day), it took almost 6 months to gradually grow back to normal. No medicines, no ointment, no application, no oil. Find below the gist of what we did; Stopped all medicines immediately 'Oil pulling' every morning in empty stomach 'water enema' procedure twice a day (internet search 'jala basti in yoga' video) Practice yoga or exercise or walking atleast 15 to 30 mins daily in open/fresh morning air Spend time in direct sun for atleast 10 to 15 mins around 10 to 11 am Strictly no hot/warm water bath Bath in cold/normal temp water (bearable temperature for your location/weather condition) thrice a day, incl head wash, no need of soap/shampoo everytime Eat 80 to 90% (per day intake) only fruits (esp seasonal fruits) Balance % can be cooked millets with lots of vegetables and some greens Totally avoid following : dairy products (all forms) wheat related products ( all forms) dal/pulses (all forms) meat, egg (all forms, no non veg) No snacks, no fastfood, no oily / deep fry items, no bakery items. No sugar, no cofee, tea. Strictly sleep early - atleast 9.30 pm to 5 am This is just a glimpse of it. Might look wierd and impossible for a normal person, but I know we would do anything for our hair to grow back naturally. It was difficult at the beginning. We all followed these as a family. Especially the diet. We made sure there are no other eatables present in the house which would be tempting. Will not cook anything that he is not allowed to eat. It's art of living rather than treatment I would say. This system believes in detoxification in a natural way by giving minimum work to the digestive system/respective organs along with healthy life style and therefore allowing the body some time to repair itselves. If interested I shall forward the detailed guide as a link which the doctor shared with us.
I think i was seven when i first went through it, I was bullied so much, i had no hair at all, none, These girl’s in my school found out and everyday i got called “cancer girl”. I’m lucky enough not to have cancer. But as a seven year old my heart broke every time, they didn’t touch me because they said it was contagious, i had to eat lunch with my teachers because no one would eat with me. I lost everything those years, it broke my family and I lost all my confidence, i’m 16 now and i still have parts of my hair that are missing and my confidence is still never gonna recover :(
My son just developed this condition. It started in may 2019. He has probably lost 70%. I don't know how to help and support him. He's a young person in college. Thank you for sharing. I see that there isn't anything I can do, other then be supportive. My heart goes out to you and you are beautiful... no matter what
Hey girl! I have this thing too & we actually started loosing hair at the same time as you! Actually what helped me the most was looking at the naaf website! Also Olivia Wyles has an awesome CZcams channel and watching her helped me a lot too. You’re beautiful and strong and you can do this! ❤️
I also have alopecia and we have very similar alopecia story. Yes alopecia has been playing with my feelings, it falls grew back again and then falls and grew again. I'm really fed up of this. And some people acted really weird when they find out that I wear a wig. Some people be like they are curious about me but not brave enough to come up to me and ask so what they do is just talk behind my back..how nice it would be if they actually ask me if they wanna know st abt me. But now I've healed a lot from this pain. I prayed a lot to God, cried all night, felt so depressed, done all sorts of possible things but seems like nothing gonna work with me. Why is this happening to us ? I really hate. No cure. Wtf. I used to have long, silky, thick, browned coloured beautiful hair and people admired my hair, I liked my hair very much but it was taken from me at a very early age. I feel so sad like a soul departed. Hm it's okay whether my hair grew back fully and matured or not at all too because I'm fine w myself. We'd be very sexy with our hair so God took it from us. Let's take it this way. I pray that I be the last human to suffer alopecia.
I'm going through the same tough times like you girl. 60% of my hair is gone and spots all over my head, but we are alive and can do anything we can! Your soul is beautiful! You are beautiful! Don't forget about it ;-)
This video helped my confidence a bit thank you! Im only 13 and ive been dealing with the same thing and its frustrating and before i had alopicia i already had low self esteam and confidence, and i started loosing it and it jusy made it worse.. But i feel thay i can be more open about it now.
I completely understand...I have alopecia areata. I developed after a surgery I had last year of my ovaries. After 6 months of my surgery I began to lost my hair, until all my hair was gone..I cried so hard. I began to use rogaine and other creams, until my hair started to grow. I still have some parts without hair, but I'm getting there. As a woman alopecia is hard. But the people who really loves you. Will be there for you no matter what. Lots of love.
thank you for making this video. You are VERY STRONG. what's good for you is that your alopecia areata doesn't hurt. Mine burns like fire in all the spots where the hair is going to fall out. I know you've tried it like the rest of us, changing your diet, hair products, taking vitamins, wearing hats, etc. I felt like I could've dealt with so many other hardships in life than this disorder you know. It's like, if people only knew maybe they'd think twice before complaining about their day. Or when we're in a bad mood maybe it's because we're going through something disfiguring and not because we're naturally rude. Thank you again for speaking up for all of us. The only thing that helps me is my spirituality--Revelation 21:3,4
Baby i have the same problem. Try washing your hair with only water and stay away from all products ( grease, gel, conditioners ). Keep your hair as thick and natural. Guys hair grow perfectly fine with just water yours will to.
In your video I learned about how to face this kind of situation confidently after imagining the way u handled this through all these years. Love you so much, cheers ; )
well, I discovered it today, I was running my fingers through my hair and then BAAMMM I found a round smooth hairless spot and yeah that's why I'm here, I just wanna say you're not alone dear there is always a cure for every disease.
I’m struggling with the same thing. I actually have my steroid appointment today at my dermatologist (so expensive). I cry all the time too 💔. You are beautiful. You are brave. You are strong. Thank you for sharing your story!
I've discovered a few bald spots about 2 months ago. It got bigger. Going through a treatment with cortisone shots rn, hoping it will get better.. Thank you so much for sharing your story, I think you look beautiful and I admire you for your courage to share your story with us. It's inspiring too me knowing it can get worse but at one point you get sick of hiding it and you just accept how it is. Hope it will get better for you too though! Love from Belgium ❤️
I did the cortisone shots and my hair grow back but as soon as I had to stop taking them my hair fell out again. I lost my job and switched health insurances. The new insurance would not cover the shots because they indicated that the condition was cosmetic.
Crying here. 😭 other people will say that it’s just a hair but they don’t really know how it feels.

Yes buddy I am totally depressed right now i know past 3 days ago 😭😭💔💔
Crying with you because I’m going through the same thing.
Same!!!
It's very painful for all of us ☹
I'm with you beautiful. I was diagnosed in may. But I'm learning to cope with it. Those that have it. Love all of ya. Be strong ❤❤

Thank you for being so transparent! You’re so beautiful!
Thank you so much for making this video! I've had alopecia for 10 years and so many of the things that you said resonated with me!
May God truly bless you for sharing your story with the world! Blessings to you and your family, always.

Have you found any method to grow hair back , what is the condition now
Thank you for sharing babe! We’re all in this together ❤️
Isn’t that bald skin feeling the weirdest.... like she said I’ve never felt something so smooth.....

Hearing this make me feel so happy

I'm so glad I've watched this video, I feel so alone right now as my alopecia is the worst it's ever been. Waiting for the doctors to get back to me on the best treatment but I just feel hopeless about it.
Thank you for making this video. I just found some bald spots and I’m really scared.
Find below the gist of what we did;
Stopped all medicines immediately
'Oil pulling' every morning in empty stomach
'water enema' procedure twice a day (internet search 'jala basti in yoga' video)
Practice yoga or exercise or walking atleast 15 to 30 mins daily in open/fresh morning air
Spend time in direct sun for atleast 10 to 15 mins around 10 to 11 am
Strictly no hot/warm water bath
Bath in cold/normal temp water (bearable temperature for your location/weather condition) thrice a day, incl head wash, no need of soap/shampoo everytime
Eat 80 to 90% (per day intake) only fruits (esp seasonal fruits)
Balance % can be cooked millets with lots of vegetables and some greens
Totally avoid following :
dairy products (all forms)
wheat related products ( all forms)
dal/pulses (all forms)
meat, egg (all forms, no non veg)
No snacks, no fastfood, no oily / deep fry items, no bakery items.
No sugar, no cofee, tea.
Strictly sleep early - atleast 9.30 pm to 5 am
This is just a glimpse of it.

Don't forget about it ;-)
how are you now? :)
I have alopecia from 5 years stay confident and you look beautiful don't care what others say...
Loads of love and power to you
Baby i have the same problem. Try washing your hair with only water and stay away from all products ( grease, gel, conditioners ). Keep your hair as thick and natural. Guys hair grow perfectly fine with just water yours will to.
I totally understand you. I feel your pain.

Are you cured with steroid?
Got diagnosed with it just a couple of days ago. Just wanna say thank you!❤️
Are cured with alopecia?
We love you Melissa💯
So sick of hiding it. You are right.
Thank you for this!❤️❤️🥺
