Even that the bat credit card has an explained logic that defused doug's rant, he should still use it just for fun at the con's and if he does a small cameo on it on his show where he reverts to the rant for a bit then returns to his normal one.

Heck it was perfectly wrapped for them with a bow and everything. Infact even in the 4 hour long directors cut it was still perfectly gift wrapped.

@@MovieFan1912 a little surprised by that too but you know if there two films (maybe three) that get to reference the Nolan Batman films are the lego batman movie (which sadly came out the same year as Josstice league), and the recent directors cut of Justice league. Maybe teen titans go to the movies because they're poking fun at DC so it would make sense but Josstice League however um no if the film were to have referenced the Nolan films it would need to be with respect. Also I'm surprised that they never even referenced the adam west batman given how campy most of the lines in the theatrical cut are.

You actually missed one: Erod (The Blockbuster buster) did a crossover review of Transformers Age of Extinction with the Nostalgia Critic, and it had a short but sweet Bat-Credit-Card joke too.

But, If Batman is a outlaw, he shouldn't be able to create a bank account. And even if he could, he would have to give personal data, like an address (the batcave?), ID, phone, etc.
Nostalgia Critic is not in the wrong.
Shell companies, underworld contacts, and that Batman is pretty demonstrably possessed of immense resources even from the public angle, especially at the point of Batman and Robin where he's a well-known public figure. The Bat-Credit Card wouldn't have a lot of trouble finding a backer from some financial figure, at least at first, and given Batman would likely quickly establish an ability to pay off any amount of money charged to it, would likely quickly gain acceptance.
Batman & Robin followed the Tim Burton continuity and through the course of that Batman long since stopped being an outlaw.
By the time of this movie, the Gotham police not only worked with him but flat out expected him to do their jobs for them, complaining loudly when he failed to.

I always viewed it as a means for Batman to spend money without it linking to the fact he's Bruce Wayne. I'd imagine with literally every organization, company, cornerstore, etc. hoping to find out who he is, he'd use an alternate account with its own credit card lol.

It not that batman would carry a credit card no no, it the fact he would carry a bat credit means that he could potential be traced back to his original identity, doesn't matter he use multiple id's or off shore accounts at some point someone going to trace him.
And yes it is possible someone could find out batman identity, a A.I was able to figure out batman identity and location in 18 hours thanks to mathamatics, which is kinda a dab to riddler tbh.

Schumacher was better with Batman lore than Burton. He was a fan of BTAS, and enjoyed comics like Year One (which he wanted to adapt) and The Dark Knight Returns. Hell, look at Schumacher's filmography, they're dark, character driven films. Please learn what you're talking about because Joel was a Batman fan, Warner Bros got in his way.
