@@TheDragon97king only the normal one does, the move he uses against cell clearly is less powerful, but far less taxing on his body. Of course, sustained use still screws his body up.
Honestly tiens baddass moment of the series. It didn't do much but he did do something. Matter of fact he did that for 8 minutes straight. That was longer than cells fight with tien or vageta at that point. Lol

Since it isn’t in these comments, I figure I might as well say it.
The embryo was not “Perfect Cell” it was just the version of Cell from this timeline. The fully-grown Cell is from a different timeline, and he was specifically created to absorb 17 and 18, as their modifications are required for him to achieve his Perfect form. His form actually has nothing to do with his power level.
Wait a sec it totally has to do with his power level? He gets much stronger after each form shift. It's not really hard to notice.

Correlation is not causation.
His power level increases as he becomes perfect, but becoming perfect isn't dependant on his power level.
@@zygardegodslayer4750 put it this way: if he absorbed enough people in his imperfect form, he could become more powerful then his perfect form canonically is, without ever actually becoming perfect.
@@JamUsagi While you are right, if that hypothetical superpowered semiperfect cell WERE to then become perfect, his power would skyrocket anyway. Therefore his form does indeed have to do with his power level in my opinion.

Yeah. In comparison to your power level, it's incredibly powerful but that comes at a disadvantage, it's so powerful that it takes alot out of you to use it

@@ALJ9000 He could use it, but not without problem. If he used a less powerful version, then yeah. But if he wanted to be effective with it, he'd have to use more energy thus,having the same result
