Sadly, no one wants second hand stuff in this modern day. I cut up a double bed and mattress and put it in the bin because I couldn't even give it away for free.
So much of this stuff could have been donated instead of filling up the landfill.

Very nice video. This is the first one I have seen of yours. I live in the USA and there are tons of trash videos but I love to watch trash videos from all over the world and I love AUS also such a great country. I noticed they were leaving a few items. Why is that? Here they just take everything but propane bottles and car batteries.

Interesting, this system of mixed waste doesn't work like that anymore in Western Australia. Electronic waste, tv's etc, and then metal waste, fridges, ovens etc, then the greens,
trees/prunings are all picked up separately and recycled.
Although they are leaving the metal behind.
Believe me they are working hard enough.
They put the drier in and I'm thinking great looks like a good crush coming up then he takes it back out OMG! Then at the end he puts dishwasher in and they drive off without doing the decent thing! 😭

Y yo me pregunto... ahí no existe el RECICLAJE?.. porque aquí en España hay camiones que pasan en determinados días y lo llevan todo a un punto verde para reciclar. You can see the disappointment in their faces because of the fact that so many item's that are being destroyed are thing's that poor families could never afford to buy, buy yet the owner's of all these item's would rather see them destroyed than Blessing families with them.
