It's good to see someone talking about the real problem, new teaching gimmicks every year that teachers are supposed to implement even if it flies in the face of reality.

Just in the last two years but overwhelmingly just in this past year, fully one/third of the teachers in the Cleveland suburb of Garfield Heights have resigned or 90 teachers in total. As recently as four years ago nobody resigned, and then only one teacher in the year a after that or 2001. Videos shot by students which were featured on local Cleveland news were confiscated by the police as evidence, so this is not any sort of imaginary episode.
