The thing with Old Moon is that he would feel bad with the way he treated Sun, said he would do better and then wouldn’t. New Moon *is* trying and I believe that will mean a lot to Sun.
I wouldn't say that Old Moon didn't try, he did try. But his Killcode made it nearly impossible for him to control himself. The difference is that New Moon isn't prideful or arrogant. He knows that he doesn't know everything, and he's fully willing to listen to others. And he's willing to be vulnerable with his family, which Old Moon was both too scared and proud to do.
I'm not trying to defend OG Moon btw, but I feel like he deserves some credit for his attempts.
They should all go to a rage room.

5- moon really worries about sun actually, he tries to dont interview too much in his life to dont make him feel uncofortable but interviews everytime he notices something is wrong untill he is fully sure sun is okay.

I feel like if Moon ever got angry enough, that less than 1% chance of Moon getting his old memories back. While having the knowledge back would be good, but the bad memories are definitely going to put a lot of strain and stress on Moon. But I still think he'll be better than the old Moon because of the new memories he's made. I still think he'll be a kinder brother to Sun. That was the old Moon's hope, after all.

Whoa, this therapy session was very DEEP unlike the other 2... Moon was worried that he is becoming like old moon with his tendency to be super angry when ever stuff keeps happening to him and his family and believe that he is taking too far messing with sun and teasing him with his past crush on Roxanne. A lot of things keeps happening since moon wakes up with his memories gone and the first thing that happened after waking up is Eclipse changing everyone's memories of sun and moon and make almost everyone hates them... Poor moon needed this therapy so bad and I hope that he will feel better about himself. 😭
P.S, the sad music that played while Earth was telling moon to bond with sun more almost made me cry. 😭🥺

And maybe Ruin.
Seems like Moon might be suffering from a "nature vs nurture" issue. As well as being too hard on himself again as for how much blame he assigns himself for the choices others make. In any case, I am glad he shared these feelings with someone who will try their best to help him through this. And I am glad Earth gave him some comfort like she did.
Hopefully this helps Moon feel a little better.

The way Moon is struggling to talk after Earth told him it's not the best to rush to anger when problems rise. XD It struck something in him, likely making him question that despite being smart, he could act dumb when his emotions get ahead of him or something like that.
Moon is the most relatable character in the show in my opinion.
Hes afraid of returning or regaining his old personality, i can relate because i used to throw everything and would be very angry. Now i dont do anything i just chill on my phone.
I feel i cant talk to people about my issues and have a very hard getting my issues out. I have the same response to problems which is anger. I used to yell and shout. I have a much better relationship with my sister and mom than with my dad or other siblings.
A show can have such a deep meaning.

Moon... Definitely needed this.. Honestly, we need a group therapy session, start first with Sun and Moon, then maybe bring Solar in.
i'm so happy moon got his chance at therapy, and his chance at hearing that he didn't fail anybody with having eclipse show up after he thought he killed him. he needed it.
Moony really needed this session. Earth did great to comb through the issues that came up and gave solutions to try and most of all gave her big brother comfort.
I know she is technically younger than them, but I always like to say she’s the middle child just so lunar can still refer to her as his big sister

Earth does feel she's in the middle of the insanity of the whole enemies after her family and once having a positive relationship with their father who clearly hated her brothers yet not her. Poor girlie! Yet no matter who is the eldest or youngest, getting advice from family members you trust can help out, give the troubled one a new view to look from. Yeah, I say the "big" sibling label is funny given to Earth since it's only because of her size/height that she's taller than her older siblings.
Earth is amazing, helping everyone out with her therapy sessions.

It’s interesting out of all the therapy session, she’s given this is the one that’s the most inept
Man, Moon has always been such a mood to be honest. I am first, really glad and proud of Moon getting and accepting the help he desperately needs and deserves. And I appreciate Earth willing to help all of her celestial siblings when they need it. Lunar is really funny and awesome for taking his job seriously even if it may be goofy. Moons struggle and interaction with earth is very relatable. I appreciate Earth’s last words. “Everyone is changing for the better.” Wonderful video honestly, fantastic. But last shot of moons reaction about Monty and Earth’s date was hilarious!
If Moon is gonna cut back on the Roxanne crush jokes now, then I think Sun needs to cut back on all the bald jokes in return. The bald jokes aren't even funny to me personally. And Moon has admitted he's bald and that should have been the end of those jokes I think. Moon confirmed it to Sun, so I don't see why Sun must bring it up so much. Sun, he's very funny. But he has more jokes than reminding everyone how Moon is bald. For instance, the dirty jokes Sun used to tell, I wish he'd revive that! It's amusing since Sun seems so innocent about things and then whips out dirty jokes out of nowhere.
Hair is only a feature, it shouldn't be thought of anymore than that I believe. Some people have it and others don't, all for different reasons. Everyone is beautiful, whether they have hair or not. It comes down to personal preference. No one is any lesser for having more or less hair anyone else.
The bald jokes seem to be more aimed at Sun now

I'm so happy that Earth pointed out that New Moon's anger is different from Old Moon's. Cause it really is.
I keep comparing this show to Steven Universe, more so now since we got New Moon. He has so much in common with Steven, who is constantly haunted by his mother's (who he is basically a reincarnation of) past and how she treated those around her, at times making the same mistakes And people also acted like Steven was just his mother in a new body.
(BTW Sun is Pearl + Steven's depression and anxiety personified, and Garnet is either Solar or Earth. Still trying to match up everyone else😂)
11:13 I wonder what it would be like if Eclipse never existed? Like what that dimension would be like when Sun and Moon seperated but Moon didnt leave that part of himself behind in Sun.
Its likely moon would have killed sun, or moon would be a more evil eclipse

@OllieTodd-pu6on If Ruin never came into this dimension, then things would be different. The daycare wouldn't have been blown up, they would still have the two Ai's in the computer, Bloodmoon would still be dead as well as Eclipse, Killcode would still be alive, both Lunar and Earth wouldn't have been attacked by Bloodmoon, the Ruin Eclipse and Bloodmoon Show would've never been a thing during October, and Earth would still have her old body. There's probably alot more changes I can't remember off the top of my head, but those are some of the things that would be different.
this episode redeems earth as a therapist. in suns episode everyone thought earth was dumb for not seeing through his obvious lies and shit about only being stressed by eclipse's return and nothing else and kinda dodging the question about moon's anger and whatnot.
but here she managed to find the most polite way of telling new moon basically "hey, you get too angry too quick and it scares the shit out of sun and he hides stuff from you cus he thinks you're gonna yell at him for it. have you considered not triggering your brother's roughly decade worth of trauma?"
cus everything she talked about when it came to other peoples reactions to moon's anger, the list almost exclusively applies to sunrise and no one else. idk i just thought it was really fucking funny
Yeah, I agree Moon. You yelling that you want to skin your enemies is something OG Moon might have said or thought about doing yet somehow never did. It is extremely brutal attack! It's not something OG Moon would wanted from New Moon. Both Moons want to protect their families yes, but being so extreme isn't the right solution. If you can be so brutal with someone you hate, then what could happen if you snap and have momentary hatred for a love one and lash out in a fit of rage? That wouldn't be good for ANYONE.

Aww my heart goes out to Moon, this was a big step and he did so well opening up abit more and listening to what earth was saying as feedback. I hope Moon starts realising he is different and much better, not perfect but no one is. We all work on trying to be our best selves for us and our loved ones. Im looking forward to Sun and Moon starting to have some proper deep conversations again and become close again as brothers 🥰 they both really do care about one another, moon loves all his family so much, he just struggles to show it sometimes. Im still hoping he gets a special someone one day if the writers choose to go down that path, someone to remind him of his worth, friendship or more. It's good how deep earth gets into this, but the thing is, moon sounds uncomfortable talking about subjects like getting angry, sibling love, and eclipse coming back in the matter of six months.
Earth you're doing great! Being blunt and forward with Moon. It is making him see what you're saying better than not being aware that his anger could startle others and make them feel unsafe.
Seeing Moon call his old self rude and mean just really hurts me inside bc old moon did really try his best to be a good brother to Sun but moon is one of those persons that don’t like showing and don’t know how exactly to show affection. Old moon did say “ I love you” to Sun at some point and that word really shows a lot. I really hope if ppl see Old moon like I do and give old moon some love. Old moon really loved us and Sun . It just really hurts seeing ppl say stuff about old moon like that. I miss old moon a lot

It's good to see Moon get Therapy, between him and Sun, they probably need the most therapy given the fact of what's going on. I definitely had a feeling Moon felt 'useless' when he was cleared of all his memories, and just when he thought he got rid of Eclipse.. they guy comes back. Be he doesn't need to take care of this alone, after all.. it's always been him and Sun for a long time. I hope he'll be alright until the month passes by, maybe he'll have Eclipse gone by then.
(I find the thumbnail super cute, it's real sweet in a way just seeing Earth reach out to Moon who seems really reserved with his feelings. Can't blame the guy for feeling how he feels, he made it quite very clear he doesn't want to be anything like the Old Moon was, which is valid and fair. I feel like he fears ever becoming old moon again, but he's done a amazing job so far not being like him since getting his memory erased.)
Earth is such a amazing therapist to everyone I love her she is so loving to her family and friends and I love how she always try’s to not hurt their feelings but also try to say her opinion to help them

Anger, in some circumstances, is a reaction born from circumstances that are outside of our control. Whether it’s others not understanding our feelings/intentions, outside circumstances happening that are outside our control, or people/things actively antagonizing us. What *IS* in our control is how we choose to react.
While anger can be the go to, practicing self-control can help you to calm yourself down and teach you to look at things from a different and more nuanced perspective. It also shows you can be a person that people can rely on and go to without them fearing an outburst.
Having emotions is always okay, but don’t let them control you.

I'm so glad Moon got a chance to talk his feelings out, it was really needed and certainly cleared some of my mixed feelings. I think him silently acknowledging that his anger can overshadow a lot of the people around him was really good, like even though it's a vaild emotion, it can lead to others being less willing to share their own issues.

Oooof, this one hit hard.... But I'm _so_ glad all this was addressed. Especially since this time around, Moon is _receptive_ to feedback, and he genuinely wants to be a good brother, so this does some actual good. And it sure sounds like Moon needed it too. I'm glad he got a chance to work some of this out.

Damn this was all just emotional. I feel so bad for New Moon, I understand his worry but Old Moon wasn't just a rude jerk (yes he did bad things) but overall Old Moon did a lot of good.
He forgave Lunar when...He didn't NEED to. He cared for Lunar, shared a body with him. Even when KC came he made a deal so his family was safe. Then he forgave KC and sacrificed his life so KC could have one.
Old Moon did a lot of good...His one issue of leaving behind his Killcode in Sun shouldn't be the main focus because well...In another dimension that issue gave way to Solar. In another reality Eclipse could have been good. We've seen parts of Eclipse that IS good that shows more to him.
It's why people are sympathetic (I personally was until now that he's back and instantly hating on Sun and Moon again but we have little info on what this Eclipse is yet). I personally want Eclipse to be redeemed but I don't think he could ever live with the Celestial family. He'd have to live the same life as KC. On his own and away from everyone else so he can atone for his sins.

I’ve commented this before on the other therapy videos but I still find it a very interesting fact and I’m going to keep sharing it bc it’s cool.
Random interesting fact:
The old looking green and gold books behind Earth are most likely poisonous! The green bookcloth was made with arsenic which is HIGHLY poisonous. So if you want to pick up or read one of them, you MUST wear gloves and wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
