You are all wrong. After the testing phase that you all saw on video, it was finalized and put into the game as a specific commander faction only. I think it is the oil commanders (top row). But because the commanders are not the best for videos, we never see them, and thus, never see the void launcher in action.

HE rounds explode on contact, and more specifically, HESH rounds flatten out and explode, to cause as much internal spalling as possible. They were designed as the hard counter to slanted armor, same with some AP ammo that just penetrated regardless of angle (think tungsten rods). That's what reactive armor was designed to combat, but only successfully works against the HE variants. APFSDS rounds were developed to penetrate right through any and all armor at all. The problem lies in the cheap costs of the sniper and how it completely demolishes entire girders of steel, rather than just putting a small hole through them (which could be shown in game by upgrading the armor penetration power and let it go through multiple layers before getting stopped).
I watched your vids for some time now, and learned a lot, and me a better player, and that made me want to play the game. But i think i still suck at aiming...any tips?

U get 5 snipeys in this setup:
2 HE Snipeys, 1 EMP Snipey and 2 AP Snipeys
Even worse: put all of these into a particle accelerator and then unleash them all at once
the next mod weapon should have the only effect of turning any solid support into background bracing.
That 26% efficiency turbine hurt my heart.
