So from what I looked up the portals respawn supplies so when you or Toonz aren't recording one of you can travel back to the portal for the arcade and restock the nachos

I think what you two were getting confused by: I think it was actually using those parts to research new items and that you didn’t get those back. Hence why you didn’t have any steel cable, etc
