Yesterday when the big smash announcements dropped, the first thing one of my friends said as a reaction was asking how sakurai manages to look younger instead of older everytime he makes a new smash.
He prolongs his youth with our money
He lives off of our hype.

I hope we get a Story Mode this time. Subspace Emissary was easily the best part of Brawl.

If Cloud made in last time despite FF7 having PlayStation exclusivity, then it should follow that Atlus might just milk Persona 5 a bit more and ask Sakurai to develop Joker as a fighter.

At this point I doubt were getting a story mode, but I don't care if we get it or not.
I feel like if he does build story mode, it won't be something to hear about until after game releases or the last direct for the game with a small teaser.

I wouldn't go as far to say flawless... it was grammatically sound but he could still work on his accent and intonation, as well as situational formality. Props to Bill though for his efforts, It's certainly helpful to have an in-house translator and speaker of the language.

Also, I noticed that when I started playing smash at friends houses i had no clue what each of the maps were, but after I got a switch and started playing splatoon and BOTW i notice the attention to every detail of the maps. Great job Mr sakurai

Samir Al Hindi I do love the two's final smashes, but my favorite change was that you don't control the blasts in a centralized stream anymore. It feels like less of a cheese when you use it and it feels more fair.
Super smash bros series are my favorite video ga Es of all time. I have spent 40 hours each month playing th games training for switch. I'm so exited!

The hype was something special, never been so hyped for a game.
I must say, THANK YOU. Not only for this amazing game, but also for finally giving Ganondorf a sword. It makes him seem like a much more unique character and not just a heavier captain falcon.
I demand a story mode, otherwise this game looks promising. And ultimately amazing.
This game is a mix of 64, Melee, Brawl and Smash 4. I like this.

Even if i knew another language, I definitely couldn’t be a translator. I would get super stressed the second the person said a sentence with more than 5 words. Also, saying “I” when speaking for someone else just seems weird to me
Squidward's Testicles I totally agree with you, this translator for Sakurai is amazing. I was especially amazed when he was translating nintendogs since it is more than likely not a direct translation in Japanese.

If they leave him as is we'll just have droves of whiners clamoring for a nerf after they lose to him online because his sweetspot tail stab thing does upwards of %50 in a single hit. I'd love it if the Smash community could grow up and not ask for nerfs before letting the meta develop, but alas, that doesn't seem possible.

For Ridleys final smash I really like the feature where Samus’ gunship crashes down in the stage behind the platform and I am excited for super smash bro’s ultimate. Great job Sakurai you really deserve a pat on the back

Edit: Googled it, he has rare type of tendinitis in shoulder. It causes constant pain and shoulder lock. He could have surgery to remove it but it's high risk.

If so I'm happy with this being the final one, Super Smash Bros. Brawl was the 1st game I'd ever played and ever since this series has been a big part of my life.

It would be cool to see a Street Fighter Alpha/3 version of Super Smash after this one. Like, have an all-new roster with no old ones returning. Would shake things up and you would always have Ultimate to go back to.

Honestly, I was afraid of Ridley being massively overpowered, but looking at this specific match between Samus and Ridley, I am happy to see it looks like mostly every one is really powerful. This looks really really fun. And I hope Sakurai knows how awesome this Smash is! If this was the last game, I would be happy.
