    INGREDIENTS:
    Chios Mastiha Tears Gum, available
    ONLINE or in Lebanese,Turkish or
    Greek food stores
    MILK ( 1 LITER )
    CORNSTARCH ( 1 CUP )
    SUGAR ( ¼ CUP )
    MIX THOROUGHLY UNTIL ALL THE LUMPS ARE GONE, THEN COOK OVER
    MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL THICK AND CREAMY
    REDUCE HEAT TO NEARLY MINIMUM & COOK FOR ABOUT 2 ADDITIONAL
    MINUTES (STIRRING CONSTANTLY)
    ADD IN THE MASTIC POWDER
    REMOVE FROM HEAT AND POUR
    DIRECTLY INTO PREPARED PAN
    REFRIGERATE 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
    DRIZZLE HONEY ON TOP AND SERVE
