10 thousand a month is a veryyyyy long journey though....etsy is getting oversaturated in almost everything....its overwhelming
I have ideas.....🤫 I got a whiteboard and everything. I'm taking NOTES, Alek!
We need to add value to whatever widget chosen, in order to compete.👍
Great content. Please how can I own an etsy shop living in the UAE?
do you mean Paypal business credit card? or pb regular credit card?
Read the review for printify.. I would not use them .. hellz no
"the process will work, if you do" - words to live by. Great video
yeah last tip is the best
30 people said this like did you hear that in the video and go man that was such a great one liner
@@undeadducky7729 30 people said this? Strange, pretty sure there wasn't 30 people in the video...
With the current financial and economic situation world wide, i strongly believe that as smart citizens we shouldn’t rely solely on our salaries, instead we should look for more innovative means to make money
This is the third time this week I am hearing about the good works of Robert David, he is really popular, I guess he is doing a very good job
bots going crazy in this thread, lmao
@@-Cybin getting it all wrong

Local business means my customer is one of a million people. Online means my customer is one of 8 billion. The world is your customer.
Seriously Alek, your videos are always pure value! 🔥 You strive to give high value in your videos, with no fluff, and you tell it like it is. I am going to watch this one a few times! Thanks!
These are legitimately the best CZcams videos regarding Etsy. There are more experienced CZcamsrs in the space that have great content, but yours is the best. Very useful and encouraging material brother
# 9 is a profound, deep truth that cannot be escaped. Your ending wrap up shows a lot of wisdom gained at a young age, good for you!.
I'm giving Etsy a shot at 70 years old. Putting past skills to use again can be fun financially, but , as you said, it's more boring than watching paint dry.
Your friends will be even more bored than you once they understand how you spend your day.
Don't tell them! let it be our secret (It can be quite boring to listen/hear because it is so involved and taxing) though I'll listen; by the way I am 17 min into my 73rd Birthday. I find all this so time consuming and I must pay attention to my wife; but it can like the stock market in the long run prove both beneficial and the exercise those grey cells...far better than any coloring book..good luck on the trail. G
But it's the reward at the end that makes it all worth while. I am going to get started on this when I get back from vacation. Keep us posted on how your storefront is doing and any advice you think will help us.
Dont you love designing though? I love it!
Inspiring!
@@cadirector And how's it going so far for you man? I'm thinking of starting myself
This video hits bullseye in many different condition of my business mind. Most of the the time I am over thinking many ideas and but contrary will put me in momentum break! It is so frustrating! I am so grateful tho that people like you, helps people like us, not only you are generous with sharing great tips and informations, you're also helping to turn off the momentum break and start to keep going.
Once I finally figure this out, I promise my self to be helpful like you.
Pls dont stop helping. More power!
I appreciate your honest and authentic tone in your videos 🙌✨
I love the way you break down and explain your strategies. It makes it easy to understand.
This is by far the most informative video I have seen in this area! Extreme value in all your videos, thank you so much!
Wow this is the second video I watched on this channel and I have to say this is absolutely spectacular quality, both in content and production. Thanks a lot man!
I watched your video to check myself as I started a apparel brand a year ago. My journey hasn't been exactly the same (I started with a manufacturer and build an e-commerce website myself) but all your points are 100% true for your journey and similar ones. Keep up the great content Alek!
Tip #9!!! 100%! Cheering you on for your dedication to the process. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge to give others the opportunity to add to their toolbox.
Tip #9 was legit worth the whole vid (and that extra ad rev haha). Thanks for all of your insight - it's so helpful!!
I do like what you said at the end. It's simple, not complicated, it just takes hard work. Most people don't want to work hard. But working hard is usually sets you apart from the rest.
Needed this.
Thanks Alek! You've been my favorite channel for this kind of content!
gosh there are so many of them now isnt there man with all those people making millions and making videos telling people the SECRET to their millions oh geeze this is real content and definitely not at all astroturfed bs
I appreciate your delivery . Very concise and insightful. Please continue to deliver these jewels of instruction, advice and motivation .To your continued success!!
Thank you for the high quality content, for remaining humble and helping others to succeed.
Your`e the perfect teacher i never had. Thank you so much for these free classes.
Thankyou so much. Youre a legend mate! I appreciate your no nonsense approach too. I am at the posting stage and youve helped me. Thankyou
Thanks for #9! I needed to hear that. I already knew POD was not a “get rich quick” scheme, but your mindset of “upload 4,000 designs before getting worried” provided a quantifiable clarity to the process. 😊
That's 800 pounds on listings let's not forget that bit
@@abelhanino69 Print on demand is not only etsy bro
Haha and i uploaded 6 Designs and was wondering why nobody was buying 😂
TY Alek for not being another guru, but providing actual value. I immediately subscribed + liked @ Tip#6... not recommending a credit card unless you clearly understand debt impacts. But mainly I hope the people in the back heard who want passive income w/instant gratification from unreliable sources on CZcams. It takes time, hard work, practice, and dedication.
As a New POD seller. Really appreciate your motivational words at the end of the video 😊🙏
I am SO glad to have found you and your content!
One of the best videos on the internet 🙏 Thank you for this!
The tip at the end was needed and valuble! Another great video 📹
I love your channel and videos. Authentic and realistic. I’m in the sales profession and I can liken this process to switching jobs - it takes about 8-12 months to build your funnel and make regular sales. Etsy is no different! Thanks for making that clear, and for being honest. And of course, for delivering concise and actionable content!
Authentic? the guy won't even show his own checking account with his name on it, and you automatically think he's rolling in money? He tells you several ways to make all this money but no one checks to see if he is even doing any of this on his own. People are way too easily fooled.
I stuck around because someone mentioned how powerful your very last point was and woh. Glad i did. I dont know if this os a path ill be taking but your last point gives me gun ho to keep pushing forward in what ive been persuing.
Thank you Alek! I am a noob on POD but your tips are mad inspirational and your vibe is positive bro. Thank you very much!! Let's go!!
this guy is hyped that the grifter is inspirational, your gonna need that when you watch your POD business fall into the ground like most others do
@@undeadducky7729 just out of curiosity, did you follow his advise to the letter, and still failed? I am tempted to give it a go based on this guy's channel, and a few others, and was genuinely wondering, if someone did follow the steps and suffered the grind, and yet still failed to make money. Please elaborate if you'd like.
thank you, I'm launching my brand soon from a POD model, so I appreciate this guy
I love your videos. You give always the best informations and many details that other people not say.

Love the mindset explanation! It will be a year of POD for me this August and I am excited to see what Q4 brings! Great info as usual, Alek! Thank you!

Interested also, how has the year been.? What have you learnt and how well did it go for your?

For sure one of the best videos on this topic!
good stuff! this is the first video of yours I have watched and I got a lot of good info out of it and I subscribed and will be watching more. Thank you for this :)
I'm 51 and what you said in the first 3 minutes made alot of sense. Momentum. Very well explained. I have held myself back based on that statement alone. Just don't jump in uneducated. I don't think watching videos is a waste of time, but after a while you can analyze yourself to a standstill
Absolutely fantastic explanation and visualization about what’s happening! Thank you 🙏🏻

Hello, I am from Iraq. Can you teach me to win?
My vote's on Tip 9! No matter what you're doing you gotta pay your dues!
“The process will work if you do.” Gold.
Week 3 of my shop with a one week long suspension on week two. I will continue to chase niches and learn as much as i can. Got a sale the day i got suspended and now im on a mission to succeed. Thanks for the info and your time, cant wait until i can comment about my 10th and 100th sale!
How’s it going?
Why did you get suspended
@fendiabi790 i been slacking havent posted in 2 weeks but im up to 8 sales. Wrapping paper is what i mostly sold. All christmas in july theme.
@berkannyetis i had a shirt that had the word beer on it. I wound up looking through etsys policies and saw you couldn't reference drugs or alcohol. Then i deleted the post and wrote an email to them saying i was unsure about the rules and policies, but after reviewing them i found the problem with my shop and deleted the listing. They replied in a day and i was soon unbanned.
Hey, how is it going nowadays? Any updates?
The process will work if you do! Well said.
Thank you! This answered some questions i had. Appreciate it.
Thanks for the video. I appreciate the insight. Just set up our accounts yesterday!

This was an incredible video. Thanks for so much great info
Great video and great value..first part "momentum" straight from Atomic Habits
I agree completely about setting a minimum number of products to reach. I've set mine at 500. 4000 is very ambitious!
what 40 listings means?
@@dinu7355 It means he is offering 40 products/designs, some people say listings because you list your products for sale.

Thanks Alek, for one more inspirational video. I am currently working on laveraging AI to up my speed and quality. And it is really easy to use AI, i must admit. There are AI Tools that can easily be learnt within 2 weeks of daily practice. Now all these option from this video added so much to my horizon, that i am really hyped up for the future!!
learn all the ai tools still wont help you sling trash ai generated content like you love to eat up from this ai generated human
Love your videos and I am going to do this! I do have a successful booth in a store but I would like to try online digitial/POD too now. Thank you for great videos!
Great stuff, keep up the work Alek! 🚀🔥
he liked this ai comment too, ai status confirmed
Alek you are the best at what you do great valuable content always 💎
lol what does he really do? sit at his computer and click generate image then throw it on canva? guess you like to set the bar low
I really appreciate your videos Alek. About to start my store in the coming week!!
in the coming weeks? clicking create account from your phone takes a lot of effort for you? guess you are gonna have some trouble once you see you need 20 thousand listings that cost .20 cents each and 99% of your shit wont sell
@@undeadducky7729 coming week as in singular... not plural.. and has nothing to do with the difficulty of opening and etsy account... seo research for the types of products to create and actually playing around in midjourney learning to create better art.
And I guess with that type of mindset why would you even try huh? Appreciate your guidance tho?
The info on this video is GOLD

The 9 tip was the best, thank you for include that.
In a bear market, the media highlights unfavorable events, such as a shrinking economy, geopolitical instability cultural and legal conflicts. or a mixture of these factors. Recently I came across a podcast featuring someone who successfully multiplied their initial investment from $20k to nearly $460k during this challenging market phase. Can you give advice on how to achieve such aggressive profits in such short periods?
@RizAhmed-xq7zePlease can I be your friend, if you don't mind sharing your experience with me?
@RizAhmed-xq7zeInteresting, please how can I get more info. I don't want to remain out of ignorance.
@RizAhmed-xq7zeAm interested in learning a new strategy.
@RizAhmed-xq7zeI have had no luck investing in cryptocurrency I actually invest on my own but my profits aren't always as I expect, sometimes I just keep leasing money
@RizAhmed-xq7zecan you please share the easiest way to reach to Mrs Patricia because my portfolio is going down down😢
I somewhat understand what you're saying.
I'll keep at it.

Greatful for this video man !
Appreciate the info, really good stuff. Following in your footsteps and have over 1000 designs across 27 niches ready to go. Just working with Printify API now to upload all the images and such to save my index finger from all the clicking.
Hows it going, made sales?
Any updates?
@@danielsvids7325 Quick update:
I created my own Python scripts back then to use Printify API and upload a lot of designs at once. But even with that I still had a lot of manual work to do.
I ended up loading only about 350 designs to start and started making sales the 1st month. I started using Etsy Ads to get enough sales to try and get the star seller badge asap.
Up till this point most months were in the red due to ads. But the holiday season I ended up selling quite a bit, at roughly 50% margin.
I only did t-shirts, nothing else. I've since trimmed the listings down to 75 or so.
Once I have more time I'm hoping to test out Alek's scripts to see if they are any better than what I created but this unfortunately has taken a back seat.
Thank you for your sharing ❤❤💙
Brilliant, thank you♥

Hi Alek, I have watched all of your CZcams vids. I have started an Etsy shop for mainly clip art but things are going pretty slow. I have sold 6 items in a month!! I have 118 items for sale. I notice that as soon as I sell something, viewings go up. Weird! It’s celebration time each time I do have a sale. Love your way of teaching, really inspiring.

Thank you so much. Great tips. :)
Great! you are providing a valuable information on your channel.
nah
I started an etsy shop using AI and some editing skills about a year ago. I had about 100 designs by the end of the year and sold over 450 items. It litterally started from watching a video on how to use printify/etsy ans use midjourney. Although I didn't become super rich from it, some of the tips you gave I wish I knew beforehand. I think I should have stuck with one item and I think I should have not experimented with two many genres of art. One thing I didn't know is you can open a multiple shops using the same EIN so it will still all fall under the same buisness. So this yeah I'm going to try to focus on one item and take some of the tips I saw from you other videos. Litterally been binging all your videos. They are all so helpful.

Binging your content! Was planning to just start with stickers…but now wondering which ONE product would be easiest and potentially most lucrative (& fun!) to start with…
I had a clothing line. I agree. People buy bLack, Gray heather, white and Red, maybe one blue - in that order of popularity. No need for more than 4 or 5 colors of T shirts.
I tried this once. Had a hard time narrowing it down past 7. I had Black, White, Heather grey, and I think the rest were Red, Blue, Heather Peach, and Heather Sky Blue.
How do you think I could improve on that?
Thank you, really helped me!
