Adam and Alberto should buy a big warehouse together that has a huge parking lot. Then Adam could get rid of his current warehouse, part of the new could be a shop for Alberto, a retail/mail order space, a studio for videos, hold drift events in parking lot.
Adam you should tint and put blinds on the garage window so less heat comes in and no one can see in.

Great video Adam and Matt... I wanted to clarify a couple things regarding Sonic Tools. 1. They're definitely not 1/3rd the cost of Snap-On. Typically 35-50% less. 2. Global headquarters is in Amsterdam, with another office in Germany. The pliers come out of Germany, the rest out of Amsterdam. 3. I can sell and service customers nationally, not just in the southeast. 4. A similar cabinet set up to the one show in Adams garage would probably run double the price of the cabinets he has.... On a personal level, my first impression of both Adam and Matt is a great one. Very humble and approachable guys. Seeing as I literally live about 3/4 of a mile (as the crow flies) from Adam, I'm hoping to see him more often. Wish I would have had my old Golf R to give Matt's GT3 a run for its money. ;)

Man 23k and not even tools, Hyd press, work benches, over head hoist or crane, belt sanders, bend grinders compressor etc... I guess I’d save around 7k in the sound system and floor but a lot of the stuff is what I’ll be looking to do in the near future it will prob be a life long garage/shop build to get it where it’s my dream garage more for metal fabrication and working on projects but I love this garage man good for you and it looks amazing good job with the videos and the garage came out looking awesome thanks for sharing the details

Here's IMO what Adam should do. Since he wants the S15 to be the fully gutted racecar, he should totally start slowly making adjustments to the 240. Like sound insulation, AC, and a reasonably pleasant surface on top of the insulation like alcantara, but not alcantara specifically because that's expensive. That way, he'll have the nice BMW daily, the extreme race car S15 and the in-between 240. :D

as a business owner and a youtube vlogger; since the investments youve made are to provide content to your youtube channel, i agree it is a good idea to purchase upgrades for your garage like this. i am under the understanding that this all is tax deductible under business expenses, so it is very smart to do. i think that the next upgrade for you to do would be an air compressor in the garage. you have mentioned it before but i think it would definitely add to your shop setup.
