Murattal and mujawwad are like two genres/styles of recitation, and these maqamat are different tunes used in recitation. So you can recite a certain maqam for example maqam bayati in a slower mujawwad style, or a faster murattal style. Same deal for the other maqamat.

wa alaikum assalaam sister ... the mujawwad reciters vary maqamat so they would typically recite in both of these maqams. From the murrattal Qurra, many recite in rast, for example sh. Sudais, Sh. Shuraim etc. Jiharka is a branch of maqam ajam ... you will find for example Sh. Sa'd al-Ghamidi reciting in ajam.

Is it necessary to read quran with this painfull way, see the face of qari he was so uncomfortable.i will never read the holy Quran like this.

It’s just an expression like when you cry. There is no pain. The facial expression just comes naturally with the pitch. U can recite like this but without facical expression if u wanted yo
