In conclusion BOBO balloon doesn't pop when is stung with the pin ... it just leave a hole. But the latex balloon pop's right away when is stung with the pin After i stung with the needle the BOBO (transparent balloon) also started to deflate slowly. But if you put a little tape on the hole, you solve the problem and it doesn't deflate anymore. It's very nice to recommend to the customers who buy this balloon because they can keep it inflated for a long time with only a little tape on the hole.

So once the inside balloon is popped, will the bubble balloon still float? I feel it should work, but haven’t tried it yet so I thought i would ask an expert first lol ❤️

YES! It's a Bobo outside and latex balloon inside.
If you put some tape over the hole in the Bobo... this one will not deflate anymore
