    I have an intex pool with the same plastic t-joints. Was is supposed to come with any sort of clips or screws? I am confused because they aren’t holes in the t joint it self but there are holes in the metal poles. Thank you!

    • @cbuisr
      @cbuisr Před 3 lety +1

      The T does not have holes nor do my poles. The poles just slides on into the T slots. If you’ve just bought it I would reach out to Intex for the correct replacement poles. Some of my feet came cracked and they shipped them out to me very quickly.

      @@cbuisr Weird! Thank you! Yea they have holes in them as if they are supposed to have clips or screws or something! They fit into the T Joints but they feel kind of loose.

    Is it better to put dirt under the pool to level it or exercise matts?

    • @cbuisr
      @cbuisr Před 3 lety

      You need a flat surface or your water line is not going to be even with your pool. I put a trap underneath the pool to make sure no pebbles poke the pool liner. I suppose the weight of the water would smash the exercise mat.

      @@cbuisr I have a tarp underneath the pool to protect from anything poking thru. So do you think spreading dirt to even it out would be ok?

    • @cbuisr
      @cbuisr Před 3 lety +1

      @@TheTubeMeister Yes but make sure you tamper the dirt so that it’s packed tight

    Can you tell me the height of the outlet pipes from the floor? I can’t find this information anywhere for the 14ft x 48” model.

      @ImMakingIt  Před 3 lety

      Jeff, just got back from vacation. The two inlet height is 33” and the outlet height is 38 1/2”

    • @cbuisr
      @cbuisr Před 3 lety

      Syesha Gonora, I bought it directly from the Intex store. Shipping was a lot. If you can find one at a pool store it would be cheaper because there’s no shipping involved.

    Hi

  • @scottpecs
    @scottpecs Před 3 lety

    have you realised you need a better filter yet
    ?

    • @cbuisr
      @cbuisr Před 3 lety

      The first week of using it I realize how bad the pump and filter is. The filter was clogged up. I now wash the filter once a week with the water hose on Jet spray. All of the pool stores around me are still out of stock on the filter. I would prefer a stronger pump and filter.
