CRISPY CHICKEN RANCH TACOS | Chicken Ranch Tacos Dorados ❤

- We absolutely love Crispy tacos ,and these CRISPY CHICKEN RANCH TACOS are amazing! The combination of my taco seasoning and the Ranch Dip seasoning take these tacos to a whole new level, these tacos are easy to make and your family will love them. Frying these tacos brings out the flavor of the corn tortilla and will give you the crispy shell everybody loves. I make my homeade Pico De Gallo to top to use as a topping because the ingredients complete the taco and is refreshing along with the shredded lettuce, grated Colby Jack cheese, sour cream and my favorite salsa. ❤
INGREDIENTS----------------
3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/4 small onion
Salt and Pepper (as needed)
2 garlic cloves
1 3/4 Tbsp RANCH DIP SEASONING
1 3/4 Tbsp Taco Seasoning • MY ALL AROUND SEASONING
1/2 C. chopped onions
1 Roma tomato (diced)
1 seedless jalapeno
1/3 C. water (in skillet)
Water to cover chicken (when boiling it)
Corn tortillas (as needed)
1/2 C. vegetable oil (for frying as needed)
PICO DE GALLO INGREDIENTS----------------
3/4 C. diced tomatoes
1/2 C. chopped purple onion
1/2 C. chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and Pepper (as needed)
TOPPINGS---------------------
Freshly grated Colby jack cheese (or other)
chopped lettuce
Pico de Gallo
Sour cream
Salsa (your favorite)
SIDES I USED--------

I made the chicken tacos yesterday. The tacos were nice and crunchy. The only issue we had was the shine of the oil on the shells. I used just a half cup of canola oil for the frying. I put them to drain on the cooling rack over the tray such as you did. They were shiny but crunchy good.

I have been cooking for over 60 years and I am still amazed that boiling chicken doesn't remove all the flavor. I like your recipe--tacos are my favorite food--but I do not like Ranch and will be replacing it with my favorite salsa. I have been putting my cheese on last, but your way is better..Another hit recipe, Rachel!

Rachael, I will absolutely try this recipe. It looks wonderful. I noticed your cutting board was moving around when you were chopping the chicken. Cut a piece of rubberized shelf liner to place under your cutting board to keep it still so you don’t have the same kind of accident I had with a sharp knife and a carrot.
