Good Friday Tenebrae Service, March 29, 2024

Join us in the sanctuary or for our livestream (on our Facebook page or CZcams channel) on Saturday at 5:30pm or in the sanctuary on Sunday at 8:00am and 10:30am for our weekend worship.
Through the reading of Jesus Christ’s suffering and death interspersed with responses of hymns and songs, we contemplate the depth of Jesus’ love for us. During this service there is a diminishing of light that represents the desertion of the disciples, Jesus’ suffering, and his isolation on the cross. There are a wide variety of musical selections and hymns by instrumentalists, choir and vocalists for this service. One piece includes liturgical dance. Please refer to the bulletin.
