After the fiasco was over I demanded to see the county judge Lemasters and wanted documentation so that my Ganny would never have to go through this again. 45 years later I still have the letter, and even though my own grandparents and mother has passed I still have my 96 year old "Ganny" whom I would give my life for just as quick as I would my own family. Now its just my turn to take care of her just as she did me.
this is why if i ever decide to have kids, im going to adopt. theres already so many kids who need homes so i wanna be able to provide a safe and loving one for someone who needs it

I love how this family keeps in touch with the parental father because the mother didn’t want anything to do with him and Father just couldn’t take care of him on his own so he gave this sweet boy up for adoption but he’s in his life and I just love how the new family welcomes and encourages that.❤
