Wanna hang with me outside? / myrtlep_official 0:00 Intro 3:00 Song 6:01 Discussion -------------------------------------------------------------- Intro Excerpt from Husavik by Atli Örvarsson
The words i'd use to describe this are: *Predictable. *Polished. *Quality. *Un-original. *Radio-friendly. I dont mind this song, but its not sometihing ive found myself reaching to listen to. Its an expected polished piece of female pop, driven by a dancier beat, like quite a lot of the recent ESC songs that have represented Cyprus.
Being Polish, this is one of the entries I'm thankful for, cause in my eyes it one that should be moderately easy to beat for Luna in order to qualify. I just find Liar very middle of the road, unimaginative. It just does what it's supposed to do.
Polish people are so delusional every year. You guys thought you were winning last year too.. you guys should be happy if you can qualify. You are no competition to anyone 😂
Apparently, according to her, this isn't just about one person, but also groups of people, the media and governments. Its not just about a guy or something like that.
True. In fact, you can see it is a kind of meeting on food diets, healthy living and similar things, which many influencers promote on their social networks, as spiritual gurus.
They're weirdly chill about it this year. It is flagged for copyright, but they're fine with us using it. It's like taking a deep, refreshing breath of Panic Records free air.
I mean, I actually quite like it although I am aware that it’s to the generic side. Prefer the verses to the chorus and am expecting a choreo heavy performance - and hoping that she can sing live while dancing. Think this could qualify but it’s obviously not a winner.
This song is just very overproduced...sometimes her voice gets overwhelmed in the mix. Also, am pretty over the trend of dance breaks padding out the run time of songs. It's not a bad song, but just feels like very generic pop to me. I hope that she can elevate it with a great live performance.
nice medicore disco dance song - thats it. cyprus should take an example of azerbaijan and go back to their traditional roots and skip finally those disco queens once and for all.
This kind of a joyful relationship dissection does not convince me.🙄 Teenagers need a heroine to follow and Silia lives up to expectations. She elbows the First Semi-Final.😤
KONTOPOULOS who Is the composer of the song was convicted for plagiarism in 2023 by the Greek Supreme Court. Furthermore, his song (LIAR) was rejected by Greece in 2023 and by Russia in 2021. So no for me many others how now the history behind this song.
No, no, no. Do not come for a songwriter you don't listen to. No. You're lucky the swiftie pack probabaly is not around these corners. I will not tell lol
I x my fingers that this good song and singer will go to the Grand Final. I really like this song...and considering Silia just turned 17. Very impressive !
Crazy she is only 17 years old. So much sass and confidence, it's a bop :P
17? 😲When I was 17 I didn't know what I wanted to do in my life at all

Decent song. Radio friendly.
Not quirky enough to stand out at Eurovision.
I can't wait to see your reaction to my country Greece this year and one of my favorite Greek singers Marina Satti.
For the second straight year Cyprus is coming to the Australian greek/cyprusian diaspora of Sydney for their artist!
Please guys react Greece 🇬🇷❤️🔥
Bottom 10 for me, but I don't exactly hate it.

Luna isn't special at all. But I suppose she'll get lots of nationalist diaspora votes.
@@joebloggs396I wouldn't call diaspora votes nationalist lmao
@@Ninterd2 What else are they? If you just support a song because of where it's from.
I found Poland very mid too tbh, if it wasn't for diaspora voting it would struggle to qualify IMO

"If I were sorry" is one where it's a man singing about a woman who was a bad person to him

Did you guys react to France? I can’t find it
I think they mentioned something about copyright problems.
Here before the copyright strike
They're weirdly chill about it this year. It is flagged for copyright, but they're fine with us using it.
It's like taking a deep, refreshing breath of Panic Records free air.
@@MyrtleP are you thinking about revisiting France at the end of the season to try and get that past copyright limbo?
@@dk240996 It's definitely an option I'm keeping open. In theory, I should still have plenty of time. Fingers crossed!
Where's the Netherlands!!!! (just kidding take your time, just wanted to hop on the Joost train)
Joost song is trash - not funny at all. I don't get the hype.
They said in the end that it’s gonna be next so in a couple of days
@@maver1ck432 oh totally missed that part 🤦🏼 thank you tho!
Not bad, not a winner (Top 15)
Songs like this are VERY dependent on a good live show.
We'll see 😉@@ristoravela652

The song is about bulling and body shaming.

Honey she was raised in Australia. I highly doubt she can name our President ain't no way she knows any of the other politicians
Honey it was a joke prediction about the song with no prior context. I highly doubt they're every going to get a prediction correct.
