      +Diego Lucero May I ask you one thing? How is the feeling of breathing when you are in a OBE? Do you still do it? Do you still feel the air flowing inside your "astral" lungs? I've always been curious about this aspect, thanks if you'll want to answer me

    This is mind blowing ! :)" Leaving the body is really thinking outside the box." Now starts my quest for OBE's.

      There are techniques one can use..all to be found online. My own started many years ago..not planned for, they just happened. A great experience.

      I believe..for reasons..that when you start to do OBE's by design..it is best to be in a good place in your mind. I was once in a bad place and when I started one of my OBE's, I cut it short as some unpleasantness was unfolding. I still think that my state of mind was taking me into an unpleasant dimention with unpleasant inhabitants. I could not see them but could hear them. As I said..this brought an end to that particular experience. Like attracts like. I was in a state of depression at the time. Have a clear idea of what you want to achieve.

    In most cases OBE's are arranged by the divine forces in order to give the person a glimpse of reality of supernatural phenomenon. It happened with me when I was passing through a difficult period in life and was not happy. So I think my over-self or the other forces controlling life wanted to give me hope and give me a glimpse of greater possibilities. My OBE's transformed my life in a positive way.

      Did it happen to you involuntarily? Did you do anything at that time like regularly meditated? I've heard that when you have an OBE during a depressing time of your life, the OBE is somewhat unpleasant, would be curious to know what was your experience like...

    • @JyotirvidPawan
      @JyotirvidPawan Před 2 lety

      @@fumarate1 The reason for my unhappiness at that time is something personal and not to be discussed. Try to understand why I mentioned this. This was to reveal that one's over-self is watching one all the time and if needed the Over-self can help as He did in my case.

    This was probably one of the most fascinating interview I have ever heard. I had many out of body experience when I was 12 because i used to do a lot of meditation without knowing the benefits; being so young. Then I had the most strongest out of body experience that scared me a lot and I quit. This was when I was 16 years old, I came home from the college and sitting in my drawing room; tired and worried about informing a friend about the hockey match the next day as he did not come to the college. So I was sitting and meditating; in less than a minute I saw my right hand floating in the air that was filled with silver smoke; i pulled my rt. hand with my left hand down; it then rises up again, I did that for about three times or so and then I found standing in front of a railway station where this friend lives who did not come to the college and i wanted to inform him about this important match. I took a step from the railway station and I was in front of his house which was about 500 meters from the railway station; right in the line of eye sight; because this was a big filed where kids play football, hockey and other sports. So I took a step and I was in front of his house; I plucked a rose flower and rang his bell, he came out, i gave him flower and told him to come to the semifinal game tomorrow at 2pm. He opened the door and walked back anticipating I would follow him, but then I was back to railway station, and then in my room. I forgot all about it and thought it was just a dream or so, the whole session took place in about 30 min. That i figure out later. The next day we played the game and won the game. While we were celebrating with the whole team and other supporters in a restaurant; my friend was angry and asked me why did I disappear yesterday. I asked him "What"? he then told me that I came to his house, gave him a flower and told him about this game. upon hearing this my legs started shacking, my hair stood on its end,. I asked him again and again and that was something I could not believe my ears. This happened in Pakistan. Anyway, 6 years later; I came to USA for higher education. I watched a movie on one of the American cable channel while I was living in Texas. This movie was about an inmate who was sentenced to life; chanced on reading a book on OBE or so and then he started practicing; and learnt to do OBE any time. one day he wanted to go after that "lady writer"; and finally he found her; cutting the long story short; he was in love with her and wanted to have sex with her and started chasing her; then the story wraps up; police got involved and did not believe the writer; they thought she was on drugs and hallucinating or so. But the incidents started taking place frequently, finally they got the man while he was attempting to rape the writer, the police at the house of the writer informed the jail people that he was there. they pulled him out of his cell and put him in a tub; he was deep asleep; they poured cold water on him and he came out of the trance; it was a shock and he died. I was watching that movie; not sure if it was a true story or not; but i have experienced it and believed it to be true. Recently my mother passed away; and I started OBE exercise again; just two days ago; just to see if I can make a connection with my mom. I am now 50 years old; but I will do it. I was searching OBE and hit this video. I had two NDE in my life, when I was 10 years old, and when I was 47. Everything thing Luis said is true and correct. I believe in it. I would appreciate if any one can tell me the name of that movie. There was another one too on the same subject in which the Spanish old man was walking in to her apartment where a man raped her young daughter and killed her. The father was coming in and the killer was rushing out; the killer pushed her father from the second story and he fell down on the hard ground broke his spine; later he took revenge and killed him in the jail through OBE. Although he was paralysed and was on wheel chair for 5 years or so. . That seeme to me a true story. If any one can give me the name of these two stories I would appreciate it. I will search on google too. Thank you.

    I have believed for some time that an OBE and NDE, are basically the same thing..only the method used is different. I also believe that both go to the same place on leaving the body..the astral plane. We go there at death to get used to our new situation..as we can still see and hear all, what only a short time ago, we were a part of. A part of the physical world.

      @@likfrikbik nothing good about this reality. It's pretty dense and heavy. There's no freedom...you have to eat and drink to survive and if you don't. You die.
