Former PTA dev here.
- No, the network isn't real. Canonically it's located on a fictional planet according to the owner. (if you're confused you're not alone, idk how it works either)
- Some stations DO utilize real station names though, and they were mostly thought of back in 2019-2021. (if i recall correctly)
- The logos, "travel card", and some of the station names like Calgary Street and Ridgeworth Isle are my works.
I recommend checking out either Australia, Canada, or any country in Europe (like greece, poland or romania) next.
