Cylinderhead rebuilt polo 6n 1.4 16v

Needed to rebuilt the cylinderhead because I blew the headgasket @ the nurburgring

Wow, I have to do the same because of the hydro capitals, but also have to rebuild the whole engine because of a stuck crankshaft. Some people said to give up, but I don't have the heart to replace my Polo. Any suggestions how to start?

It have only camshaft sensor and it locate to the distributor
