very nice armour im going to make my own. making a prototype first then blue print it finally make it. i like the nylon idea. hope to see more in the future. i will hope fully be able to post my own and try to help others with this.

How heavy is it actually?
That is a good question. I have no idea I'll have find out and let you know.
Just watched another incomplete video from someone who made a full segmentata out of aluminium to reduce weight. Since you used steel it got me curious how much weight we're talking about here.
Usually it weighs about 10kg, but as it’s thinner, I’m guessing probably about 7kg
Can you give me the plans with all the pieceses with the dimensiion ? I would like to make one to myone
