It's so great to watch a CZcamsr that you love who also has psoriasis because I can relate to them so much more. Psoriasis can suck, but Whitney's attitude is awesome. Pro tip though for inverse psoriasis: I have inverse psoriasis on my underarms, in the corners of my mouth, in the crease of my nose, and on my underboob. I used Routine deodorant wherever I get inverse psoriasis flare up after applying one layer once a day for 2 days it's completely gone. It's moisturizing but also kills the bacteria that causes stink. It has baking soda to keep the area clean, magnesium to calm the psoriasis down, and shea butter to keep it moist. When my psoriasis is unbelievably itchy and kind of starts to burn I put this on and the itching and burning stops right away. It's a lifesaver truly. All their scents work, except the charcoal formulas. My favorite is Lucy in the sky, because my scent is lavender and I love smelling like clean sheets on a spring day.

I have been loving Alive to help me get my routine back -- I love just going to the gym and having something to follow. A big block of mine is having to think at the gym haha. One feature I would love to have is to sync up your menstrual cycle in the app and have workouts kind of recommended by that. As you mentioned your strength changed when on your period and I think it changes through all of the other phases as well so just an idea. I would love to have that all in one app! As well as some weight suggestions with some of the workouts. I sometimes don't know where to start if it is a new one and when I should be upping my weight etc.
