    I have a John Deere 1120 tractor and it was virtually identical to replace the injectors (3 cyl 2.7 L) the High Pressure line was held on with the 3/4 female but also needed a 9/16 to hold male on injector end. The replacement injector did not have male on injector. The low pressure fuel return lines were just push on rubber fuel lines, and I needed a 5/8 wrench to tighten a male flare fitting.

    Thank you for your video! I just replaced mine and now there is a rapping sound and vibration coming from one cylinder. Sounds and feels like a hammer tapping the injector from the bottom... Any ideas what is causing that?

    • @PistonShack
      @PistonShack  Před 3 lety +2

      Glad it helped Jim. Check if injector fires or not first. Also look for any injector damage or carbon/oil deposits.
      It could be dead valve lifter or valve lash out of specs.

      Hey Carlos! Those injector caps known to leak. I have seen people overnight cap then they start leaking. Check for any cracks or worn out o-rings. I would replace leaky once anyway. Thanks for your feedback.
