Hello,
This video is an orientation on the HVAC system in your Meritage home. It covers the basics in controls, equipment and warranty. If your system is not working always do the following before calling your warranty representative.
1. Change the filter
2. Check the breakers
3. Check GFI on condensate pump if there is one
4. Reset power to the system at the circuit breaker and make sure all stats are in the same mode
5. Get on a semi annual maintenance plan with Vital Air.
