Three years later and this is all still golden advice
Tip #21: You'll only make the rookie mistake once if you drink a lot of coffee in the morning and fail to use the rest room before the sale. 99.9% of sales are not going to allow a rest room break because the bathroom is usually part of the public sale.

I keep my negotiations with estate sale company owner private so that she can give me a break without worrying about the other customers getting jealous and wanting a deal too. I think she appreciates it and is inclined to give me a deal without me asking. Some companies are strict on their pricing policies and you might have to wait on getting discounts until the time or day that their policy states. Whatever the case you need to be kind and respectful in all your dealings with sellers.

Thanks for the tips! I just hit my FIRST estate sale. What. an. experience. I was a little nervous but followed your strategies, like starting a flow from one area, not forgetting to check comps, look at the bottom of the piles, especially the comic books. The prices were very high but going back on the last day to see if I can find some deals on some cool 1990s Gi Joe action figures (by checking the comps on my phone they were way over priced @$28 each). BTW I found a WWII Schwhimmwagon for $20 and some nice and clean silver and Golden age comics.

Flipt 4real Yeah. One thing about being a CZcamsr is that you certainly can’t please everyone. When I make short videos I’ve had people say that it’s too short. lol
