कोर्ट का आर्डर सराहनीय है । बहुत सी महिलाएं पढी लिखी होने
के बावजूद न तो नौकरी करती हैं और न कोई बिजनेस करना चाहती हैं
केवल अपने अनाप सनाप खर्चों का बोझ अपने पति पर डाल देती हैं ।
यानी कि साथ भी नही रहना चाहती , कोई जिम्मेदारी भी नही उठाना चाहती
लेकिन तलाक के बाद भी पूरा खर्चा पति से ही लेंगी ।
ऐसी औरतों को आदेश दिया जाना चाहिए कि घर से बाहर निकलें और
कोई काम करें ताकि पता चले कि उसका पति कितनी मुसीबत और ठोकर
खाकर पैसा कमाता है ।

She filed 498A case.. police filed chargsheet ..seems they are going for DVC and maintainance case.
My salary is 1.5lakh per month and I have a home loan and other loans close to 50k.
She is having business but I'm not sure about her income and it is very difficult to get her income details.
She is a b.tech graduate.
In this case how much court can grant maintaianance????
