Yes you can package in an airtight container,but before you put an expiry date on it ,it needs to be approved by the food and drug board.also the measurements of all the ingredients is very important as you don't need a lot of GROUNDNUTS in it.it will spoil faster.please watch my videos on how to make original Tom Brown for the right measurements.hope this answers your question.thanks and please subscribe

Not all that is necessary.soya beans and tigernuts is a must to wash very well and dry

You can add it during the grinding
