Hello, and thank you for this informative video. I have been contemplating becoming an entrepreneur of my homemade Pound Cake. Folk have literally chased me down for it; oftentimes, on a regular basis. My sister, who lives in North Carolina, requested one for her birthday. It cost me $50 to ship overnight; having the ingredients on hand cost me nothing to bake. She had a happy birthday, which was all that mattered. A number of years ago, I developed and mastered the recipe. It took a number of fails before getting it right; 8 to be exact. Now, I'm considering taking the next step in either owning my own home-based cake business, or selling the recipe. This video really has the wheels turning in my head (figuratively speaking). Looking forward to even more incentives from you.
