Agar simple language me kahe to Jo Crime Proof Na Hojaye Wo Fact and issue hota hai, aur jab wo Proof hojaye Dilko itminaan hojaye CC TV Camera me clear Dikha Raha hai ke A ne hi B ka Murder kiya hai to ab is Fact me koi issue nahi Aarahi hai ab Yeh Puri trah se Fact ban chuka hai kyuki usne jurm Qabool bhi kardiya hai,, kya maine sahih samjha hai kya???

that's not accentia and mentia, it's 'actus reus' and 'mens rea' two fundamental components of the concept of crime. Btw, she has explained the concept quite well. 👍
