Ranchi Archdiocese is a CZcams Channel to Spread Christ's Message to the Whole World from Ranchi Archbishop House, Jharkhand, India. It is a Catholic Religious Trust/Church, planted by the great Belgian Jesuit missionaries with a mission statement “Let the Fire Burn”. The Channel presents Gospel Values through -
a) Pastoral Activities - Holy Mass/ Daily Bible Readings, Reflections, Sunday Liturgical Psalms & Religious Hymns in Local Language - Hindi, Sadri, Khurukh & others.
b) Social Activities - distributions of rations, educational items, blankets and rickshaws etc.
c) Cultural, educational, medical and other ministries -Tribal Dances & Songs, Music, Feast days Celebrations.
Our goal is to Integrate the faithful into the liturgical, pastoral, and ministerial life, preserving and responding the local Tribal culture and traditions and fostering healthy gospel values & life skills by a process of self-evangelization and witnessing Christ by upholding the dignity and rights of all.

Mrs Shilpi no doubt you are a good orator but for best leadership you have to keep study on Bahujan leaders, who fought and devoted their whole life for the betterment of the Unrecognised human beings. The rights in Indian Constitution are not easily given. Tell the facts/Truth to the Audience that how our beloved leaders fought for that. Tell the people how Poona Pact happened. Don't hesitate. Silpi दीदी आपसे एक गुजारीज है क्या आदिवासीयों आप एक कर सकते हैं, ऐसे लगता है आज आदिवासी दो फड़ मे बट गए हैं, एक फड़ है सरना और एक फड़ है मिशनरी , है तो आदिवासी लेकिन एक मंच पर नही, इसी का फायदा दूसरे कटेगेरि वाले लोग फायदा उठा रहे है और आदिवासियों का सुनने वाला कोई नही है। इसीलिए दोनों आदिवासी या और भी अन्य आदिवासी हैं उन्हे एक कीजिए। आप एक पॉलिटिकल leadar है सबसे पहले आप अपने vidhansabha से शुरू करे, जरूर इसमे कामयाब होंगे, और जिस दिन कामयाब हो गए उस दिन कोई भी बाहरी लोग आदिवासियों मे अत्याचार नही कर पाएंगे।
पैसे की लालच में अपने आदिवासीयत को भी छोड़ सकते हैं। इनलोग नाम का एमएलए एमपी है, काम का नहीं।
