      doctor says my 4 year old child gets cold due to having alergies from cow's milk and advise to feed him powdered milk. is it true?
      if true then what will be the solution?

    Thank you, its back basics, of cooking the food with your own hands and feeding your children...as a child and even now, whatever mom cooked and fed us, was always delicious, tasty and full of love, and absolutely no comparison to what came out of a package. Simple desi food, is the best.

    This is brilliant. I think we as parents have become way to fragile for our kids. Our parents never worried so much about all the protein vitamin labels in our diet. But surely my mom worried about my ghee intake. And I suffered from sun stroke and bruises so much coz of continuous playing.
    I think you are doing a very good job of reminding our society to keep in touch with ourselves and not be slaves to western life just as it is.

    Thanx alot ..... M mother of two n my kids r not addicted to phn or tv ... In this era of technology i m proud enough tht abhi tak ye adat nai lagi unko ... Whenever i saw kids outside ... Same my heart broke jab me parents ko dekhti hun wo bachcho ke baby sitting k liye unhe phn ka adi bana rahe hai .... Mann karta hai bol doon plz dont do this but ... It become status symbol mera bachcha to mobile se bahut kuch seekhta hai ......😕 samajh nai aata hum bina mobile k nai seekhe kya ?

    I have vertigo & gas issues and both of them start their battle at night leaving me sleepless. Somedays they seem settled but they rise again. kindky advice.

    Thank God for that high chair advice .. I am myself a MBBS , MD.. My pediatrician advised this.. she is a respected and renowned one.. but coz she advised I thought of buying.. but my in laws resisted..my in laws are typically from village side and follow all what you have said.. I am happy that they do so especially after hearing you.. bed time is v imp for them.. my mother in law keeps saying it is good for brains.. thank u🙂 for reconfirming my belief..

    Thankyou so much for the video, very informative, was guilty of not using highchair for my 1 yr old, even though we have two different kinds of them at home, and also not liking daal milk. Good I listened to my kid :) thankyou again.

I have a 9yr old daughter, Would love you to make a video, on how to prepare myself & my daughter as she’s approaching early signs of puberty, the nutrition & food for girls of the age group 9 & upward! What should I expect from a girl undergoing early signs of puberty for e.g. behavioural changes, food etc.. when they hit puberty! Could you please please briefly touch on topics like nutrition & hygiene for girls!

    Hi. Rujuta☺️.. I am a homoeopath.. I have always followed the same for my kids, what you have said in this video, though I came across your video few months back.. N felt good that I was not wrong.. As I got opposed from many, including parents. I never forced or prevent my kids to have milk.. There are so many foods for calcium.. Like sesame, nuts, eggs

    Many many thanks for this video, good thing is we are following many of the principles in ur video, I can say only the the worst thing is , our kid eats all the three meal with CZcams videos. From today two things am going to do, hook up to your Chanel in CZcams and cancel my home internet subscription, any how home internet is very expensive here in Dubai.     Thanks rujuta.. I got a high chair for my baby girl so that she can eat clean food as she likes to self feed her. Sitting down makes her eat food off the floor. Mostly I feed her in my lap. She is one and a half year old.

      U can make her sit on a clean large mat and give her food in plate. So that she can pick her food if it falls and u won't have to worry about germs since it will fall on a mat

    Hi Rujuta .I m a big fan of your's diet and fitness knowledge.i have been reading and watching lot of videos about weight loss and nutrition...but it's been so confusing and so unreal sometimes..we are trying to adapt the western culture and their food which our ancestors have not even seen and heard of.you have made this diet and nutrition topic so real and believeable. I can relate everything what we Indians have been following for so many years.all other dieticians are just doing a stupid business and spoiling and confusing the health of their clients.keep posting such videos.i wish sometimes I could be under your supervision for diet consultantation.

    Rujuta Thankyou for the all the tips. Some issues with milk like Jersey Cow’s milk, Homogenised Milk, Pasturised Tetra packed or Bottled Milk etc. What can be a better way to drink milk in such cases? We buy goat milk, but that too is Homogenised and packaged. Please advise. Thankyou

    You are right when u say for protein assimilation playing outdoors is necessary .Girls are not encouraged to play outdoors in India its not because of modernization that girls are not playing outside its indian culture.(though trends are changing now). yes for boys its true for boys they don't play outside because of gadgets . I have always observed in my neighbourhood in the evening boys usually play and girls sit and talk..its not true that this is a natural differance this difference comes because of different upbringing...we have assumed that girls don't like to play. I hope this video will bring some good change and girls will be encouraged to play.

    Hi Rujuta, good to see you talking on kids nutrition. Can you help us with acid reflux in toddlers.My 2 yrs lil one has the tendency for stomach discomfort and motion on having lil heavy food like sweets, milk or spices etc

    Mam, please suggest on how can we like working moms with fully packed schedules can manage the time to play with kids especially during this pandemic we can’t take our kids outside in cities. Waiting for your suggestions 😊

    Thanx a lot...my advice to u would be to use a camera on d stand so that ur image n recording is fixed...n d video dosent keep shaking... add a viewer that makes for better viewing....taken all ur advice...good wrk..carry on...
