Actually, yes. These babies are called “Theybies”. And they are usually raised gender-neutral, meaning, their parents dress them up in neutral clothing (or androgynous), neutral toys, etc. It’s mostly to let the kid decide what sort of style they themselves like, rather than gender roles being put on the as soon as they are born.
