This is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. Would love hearing more about her actual ideas about how mixology and coffee interact. I feel like extraction methods apply to both in a big way right now with the invention of oleo citrate, super juice, nitrous extraction and on the coffee side extraction theory work by Gagné and Hedrick, which applies to Spirit infusion just the same as coffee (pressurized wood aging? Grinding? Alcohol as solvent in coffee?)
