Say It Ain't So Weezer (Band Cover)

- A group of old school friends who bonded over a shared love of early Weezer some 10 years ago - reunited for one day in an attempt to jam the entirety of The Blue Album. Results were varied.
Apologies for the sound quality - we meant to track the audio separately, but realised afterwards that it would lead to many editing headaches - so the inbuilt camera mic had to suffice.

Sadly, this was just a friends re-united day out - most of the people in the video have long given up playing music. Except the drummer - who is a songwriter/producer (check out his work in Kodaline or Bo Bruce), and the bassist who is in a band called Bearfoot Beware. Very cool math and noise rock type stuff. There are 3 guitarists in the video you know! The two guitarists not doing any vocals have both probably been playing for 6 or 7 years (very casually) - and prior to this recording, I think it's fair to say neither had played in a looooong time. They both have very serious day jobs and are very serious people, you see. I have been playing casually for about 9 years (and seriously for the past 12 months). So if you're anything like me, don't bother, because after 10 years I still suck. Good luck!

great cover but 3 guitarists is a bit too overkill
There's clean lead, distortion lead and clean rhythm in the Weezer song, so one guitar to cover each is clearly NOT overkill. Some people don't have pedals and while I admit they switched roles a lot it's still not overkill.
P.S. Not to be a dick, but they have 4 guitarists. I know you were trying to be smart by excluding the bassist, but he plays a bass GUITAR making him a guitarist also, so there's 4 guitarists in total.

The original song didn't have an auto tune it had a falsetto from one of the guitarists.
