I 100% use these to help me fall asleep. Occasionally i will pop in stream when im awake and say hi. its an extra bonus for me to have baer say hi to me later while im headed to bed.
I download a whole playlist and often drift off listening to the bear man 😊

Also do this. Even with Darkest Dungeon sounds, I still drift off to his voice. It's very close to my dad when I was a kiddo
Same, I put it on like an hour before I need to be asleep and usually drift off halfway through the video
every once in a while i forget baer is really good at the game and then i see the runaway on a squad actually contributing to a fight and its ALWAYS impressive
I think Runaway is in a really nice place right now compared to where she started, the issue is she's still a DoT reliant character in a game where you don't really have the luxury of time. Most of the damage she deals, unless you get a specific trinket for her, being DoT kinda relegates her to a support role.
agreed entirely, though if im gonna be honest i think part of that is also because her back rank moves deal NO damage
i feel like one thing that'd really help her is if searing strike could be used from rank 3/2/1 instead of just 2/1, since it'd let her properly target the front ranks from the back and assist slightly with damage without having to shuffle the party around
The problem with DoT on the Chirurgen is that unless you hit him with massive amounts of it before his turn, the damage he takes might end up being negligible before the apron cancels it out. You technically CAN out DoT him, but it's a lot easier to just apply straight damage, especially when he just ends up regen-ing off deaths door multiple times in a Death Token loop like that one time a couple of videos ago.

I always feel bad for The Chirurgeon and the giant with axe when I fight them.

After Hades II Ep. 4, I technically went out of order by upload because "Cliffhanger" as a title caught my eye, and at only 35 mins. into it's an apt one and does not disappoint. Even the Sylvester Stallone film of same name couldn't rival Baer's miraculous plays. "The Woods", say what? Never in doubt!
The green glow of the torch in the Sluice adds more aesthetic to it
I like the idea of all the flames having different light hues, especially the ominous ones, though it'd be nice to have more variety. There is a whole spectrum of visible colors after all.

I'm not sure if the Surgeon PD has a bonesaw or a cleaver, but due to the subclass name, I'm sticking with the saw, but it for sure could be the latter
Considering there is an actual bone saw in the game, that weapon skin looks more like some sort of cleaver. But then you also have to remember that one: This is Medieval times field surgery and 2, she is fighting Eldritch horrors, a scalpel ain't really gonna cut it. And third, PD is sorta on the run, she did kinda Frankenstein her professor's corpse, which is illegal, even back then. Especially back then when people were even more religious.
I feel like Bumper Crop is very good unless you're rocking a Flagellant. As long as your game plan isn't to be regularly death's door chanced, it's just a huge buff, right?
