Mate, sick vid- thanks. I am literally doing exactly the same thing right now on my 500E. It uses the same sunroof setup. Was wondering why it was still too low at the back even after adjusting both pairs of the 8mm bolts to max height. I guess I need to use those alignment pins!

Very good video.
But how did you remove the headliner, I see you've already removed it before this video. Those 4 clips are so damn stubborn on my w201 sunroof. Any advice on popping those clips ? Have been trying with plastic trim removal tools, all bending, not doing anything, those clips won't pop.
