I can understand your logic here. We humans are vulnerable and sensitive and sometimes life can overwhelm us. The ultimate truth is that peace is already deep within us. We are peace. We are love. It’s our minds and habitual thoughts that can make us feel separate from that peace and love. Jesus felt peace as He was being crucified. Many great masters have remained at peace during harrowing experiences. They achieved this through spiritual practice. It is always possible to get to peace, but it takes willingness, practice, and being open to it, no matter what’s happening in our lives. Michael’s teaching is a light to support us on this path.
Very well stated, Michael. I totally agree. I believe we must “see” or understand clearly “That” which we truly are. When we erroneously identify with our person, we overlook our true Self. In other words, we are prodigal sons (and daughters) without knowing it. 🙏
Hi Michael. I've always have my doubts when it comes to what happens to the body after awakening. I don't think a sick body automatically gets healed once this shift happens. Why didn't Ramana Maharshi's physicall body get cured from cancer of he was an enlightened being? Love to hear your thoughts on this 🙏🏻
