I’m just starting to watch your work, but you know…it’s fascinating. Not letting the conditions affect us is the trick. But for those of us who had seismic difficult pasts the physiological inner body tension and anxiety can be extreme. The letting go of that is the challenge don’t you think? It can be a rigorous practice, but it works. I look forward to seeing if you speak about that at all. Keep up the dynamic work!

It's funny I keep hearing the same message about "letting go" and allowing life to flow. In a music, speeches and in books I read. I've been experimenting for the past few weeks and the days I've had significant movement, I was more relaxed and allowing things to happen naturally. I'm wondering if it's a subconscious thing. Since we are essentially re-programming the subconscious to be the thing we want to become.. If you are trying to force things consciously during the day it's not going to work. Relaxing and letting things unfold naturally, automatically is a big part. At least it has been for me so far.

YES! I can be grumpy guy outside. I don't fight it cause it creates tension. I am happily grumpy guy and I am fine with it. Someday there are also sunshine. Grumpiness just come and go like thoughts and clouds in the sky.

This “normalizing” concept is so key and I’ve had a hard time articulating this! Yes, yes, yes! Thank you! I think there is such a tendency to “work too hard” at everything, when the peace and the power is largely in the acceptance of what is - and yes, coming to feel it and as “normal.” Normal can sometimes feel boring. This is OK! This is probably success! Normal can also feel like bliss! Normal can feel like all the waves the ocean brings. The spectrum for “normal” - well… that’s much broader than often thought! Thanks again for normalizing “normal” LOL! 😊

I’ve always struggled with understanding what surrender means. It makes sense to me - not giving power to what we don’t want. Could you say that surrendering to the divine is the same as having faith/belief? I’ve seen other channels state that belief and faith is not necessary to manifestation. This is confusing to me still. Thanks Michael.

David Draiman was classically trained, and he was very, very sick when he did this one, flu that I believe he was taken to the hospital afterwards for, which is incredible bc you can't tell. Or at least we can't bc David hated this one, and we absolutely love it more than the studio 😅. He's a truly wonderful person and so talented ❤️

Do you ever had stammering problem that you overcame? I am having stammering and trying to overcome it for years.....

Many cannot heal because we are living in a radiation minefield...wifi, smart meters, 5 G, cell towers, fit bits, 5 G satellites, cell phones that do not turn off. HOW do we erase being cooked in a giant microwave oven?????

What about positive emotions, do we embody them or just observe them?
