Right on time with this review! Have looking to add a weighted vest to my home gym arsenal. I was looking at wolf because I remember a video you had done for that one as well. Always nice to have options from a trusted voice!

In your video from 3 years ago you said the 14 lb one is for females is it just for their body or can i a male buy a 14 lb vest i dont want to start to heavy by adding too much weight ? Thanks ❤
Great question....14 lbs is just the weight that crossfit usually assigns. The best and plate design is the same for all the plates. Nothing gender specific
I'm looking at Tazmanian Tiger Usa's TT plate carrier for 109$ and the cheapest curved plates I can find thoughts? There's too many options for these. And do I want the plate style or the brick variable style. Ahhh option paralysis.
I think the wolf tactical is better for multifunctional use and north gym better for straight crossffit. Their prices fluctuate so depending on the deal they will flip flop

How would you compare this to the Wolf Tactical vest, your previous budget pick, as this North Gym seems cheaper than the Wolf.
